Batteries Charger More

I tried calling numerous times. No answers. I left two messages and never received a call back. I reached out to the online chat and was finally able to get a response to my question. Avel was able to answer my question via email and was very helpful.

Web order form less than user friendly. I went back from the payment entry screen, to the shopping cart to verify quantity of item ordered, and had to re-enter all credit card information over. Cumbersome. Otherwise okay.

The order arrived quickly but the batteries were already past their 'Use By' date. Sent the company two e-mails describing situation and asking for fresh batteries but have thus far received no reply, This was not an expensive purchase but I am nonetheless disappointed in the company service received to this point,

The battery didn't fit. The online catalog stated that it was an equivalent replacement. After talking to tech support it was decided that it will fit most applications, my application just happens to be one that doesn't work. I managed to modify my camera in order to use the battery to my satisfaction since the battery voltage was my primary concern.

My grandma lived in Vegas for 35 years, I thought it would be fun to visit and stayed at the Las Vegas Hostel. What a mistake that turned out to be. The manager there sprayed mace into my suitcase and threw it out into the street

I was very happy to learn of the existence of your company. I discovered you by Word of Mouth, not for many advertisements. The product you was able to furnish me was unavailable anywhere else I am impressed by the scope of your stock.

What I received did not look like the picture. Different color and descriptions. Item number and picture showed the black model of the case and I received a light gray color. Bait and switch. No one answer the phone not there is any other way to resolve this mistake on your part.

I had an order problem, wrong billing and shipping address on my invoice. Could not get a response via email on "contact us". Finally after many attempts by phone I got through to Mark. He fixed the problem immediately, the rest of your people are apparently sleeping at work.

The ordering process was easy and smooth. Communication along the way was excellent. And, I received my order rather quickly. Now, one of the batteries didn't work, but I understand that my order called for batteries that were discontinued and I went ahead and ordered a couple of extras. So all good!

I had searched every local retail store for the 376/377 watch battery without any success. One of the local stores offered to order just one for me for $13 and it would have been delivered to the store in week. I bought a charging station a while back from batteries In A Flash.It was a present for my daughter who had said she needed something like this.I found this product while surfing the web and it was the only place i saw this product.The charging station is truely unique and I hoped she would like it. When the order was received I discovered the box had been open and also an attachment was missing. I was very upset and immediately called customer services.I was expecting to have to do battle to get my money back or a new charger but as it turned out I got an immediate apology and the representative stated that it was totally against policy to send a floor model(which this one was) and that this had to have been a new employee or someone that did not know their policy.She also said that returned items are never resold.She immediately took care of the matter and had a new charging station sent to me from the manufacturer.It arrived in less than a week and my daughter loved the present.As for the first charger i had received she had said if i wanted to use it before mailing back it was fine and not to send it till i got my new one.( I DIDN'T USE IT THOUGH) Postage was paid by them so when i did send it back it involved no costto me.I was a new customer and wasn't sure at first whether I would shop there again but because of the prompt speed that they handled my order and complaint I will definately shop there again. They have products that are hard, to impossible, to find elsewhere and they treat customers the way they should be treated.

I have been using the internet for purchasing since 1988 but I have only been using BatteriesInAFlash for about a year. During this time I have placed four (4) orders with BatteriesInAFlash and on each occasion the order was processed very quickly and received on time. The store front makes it easy to find what you need and their pricing is very competitive. In one case they had the battery I needed when no one else did!

I ordered two marine deep cycle batteries at a great price. It was a pleasure working with the staff especially since I had to make changes to the order before they where shipped the staff was very helpful in correcting my order. I was amazed at how fast they delivered the batteries. Just in time for the weekend fishing tournament.

Ordered a battery because I couldn't find one locally and needed it to disable the alarm in my car. Considering the snow storm, it got here in good time. The only reason I wouldn't buy this online again is because it's cheaper in the store if they have them (because there's no shipping costs).

i ordered a watch battery from RadioShack. battery arrived dead, well, half rated power, and watch didn't work. had to call up to get an rma and send it back.

nonetheless, battery was $5.99, and shipping was about the same.

here i bought 2 batteries (in case 1 was dead, it was not) + shipping for about the same as the price of the RS battery alone.
