Battery was a knock-off (No Samsung name on battery). Phone became very hot when plugged in, and never reached more than 85%. They sent second battery, same knock off, same result.

I ordered 3 batteries for my Samsung SM G386T1 phones. The batteries pictured for this model on the BatteryMonster site were the exact batteries that my phone used. The batteries I received were completely different. When I called them, they could not assure me that they would send me the correct batteries, so I opted for a refund. I had to pay my own return postage. The original order totaled $22.70 for 3 batteries with free shipping. My total refund was for only $13.57. Their return policy states that there is a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping (so much for free shipping). There are no allowances made for the fact that they screwed up. I think they deliberately sent the wrong batteries so that I would return them and they would make a profit of $9.13 on my back. Beware of this company. They are not reputable. Rip-off!!

I purchased three batteries for my Samsung Advant and they were quick to send me the wrong batteries. I sent an email request regarding the packaging for the return that they failed to reply to. I would recommend AGAINST doing business with them.

Another email to them about the error was responded to advising me to dispose of the "defective" batteries and they refunded my monies today on 3/29/17. Wrong size are not defective but then attention to detail is not everyone's forte.

Ordered wireless phone batteries on 12/18. Never received shipping info and still no batteries by 12/27. Too slow, unreliable. Sent email asking for update, no response. Use at your own risk!

I needed a common battery for my Huawei phone, paid extra for priority shipping and 11 days later I get the battery for $22. The "spare" I bought on ebay for less than $5 arrived 3 days after I ordered it. Trying to send the unopened package from the Monster back.

I ordered a laptop battery from this company via their website. According to their website the battery I was ordering was an exact replacement item. When I received the battery I discovered that it was not the correct item. I contacted the company by phone and after confirming the item/part number on the original battery with the replacement battery the representative from Battery Monster admitted that there was an error on their website and that a refund would be issued. When I received the refund I had been charged a restocking fee. Even after admitting there was an error with their webpage they refused to assume responsibility for their error and failed to fully reimburse the purchased item. When purchasing from this company be aware of the fact that they do have errors on their webpage and they will not assume responsibility for errors and you may likely be charged for their incompetence.

I purchased what I thought was an OEM battery for my wife's LG G5 phone. What I got in the mail was some cheap Chinese knock off. The picture on their web site shows the LG battery, and nowhere in the text does it describe the battery you're purchasing as a knock off brand. Do not do business with these cheats. I know I never will again.

Bought a 3 pack of 20v dewalt batteries from them at 1 month/ 2 uses , 2 batteries became useless. so I tried contacting Battery monster. It took 2 weeks for any response. I got a hold of their supposed warranty company. They approved them to be fixed. They approved my claim charged me $30 to ship them back to be fixed. After receiving them they decided that they would no longer accept the claim,a nd that the warranty I paid for was useless claiming that I should send them back to the company for them to fix. The battery monster company will only take them back in original packaging and only within the 1st 30 days which had passed. I am looking for people to join me in a class action against them both for fraud.

Ordered OEM battery for my LG G5. Website picture shows LG OEM battery. No where in description does it state that these are cheap Chinese copies. Tried to give them a chance to make it right, but just got excuses. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a laptop battery from Battery Monster and I received a defective battery. The battery was not recognized by my laptop. My laptop battery light was flashing yellow and I got a message saying no battery was detected. I requested a refund and paid to ship the defective battery back to them. The battery cost was 50.95 and when they sent me a refund it was only for 35.31. I will never do business with them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

Like the skit about the aggravated customer who, after requesting over 30 types of cheeses, ultimately discovers that this cheese shop doesn't actually have any cheese, so it was my misfortune to find out that not only does BatteryMonster not stock a common Dell battery, but their version of a "slight delay" in shipping is over 2 months. A simple solution is to state "out of stock" in the shopping cart and save the unwitting customer the hassle of entering Billing/Shipping and credit card information. Scary experience encountering the BatteryMonster

I ordered a replacement battery for my Canon M5 camera. The photo in the description showed a Canon battery. What I received was not a Canon battery, but a cheap knockoff that didn't even fit into my charger correctly, and wouldn't charge. I returned it and requested a refund to be applied to my credit card. When the credit was applied, it was for $17.36; I paid $23.95 for the battery. I looked at the return policy and they charge a 10% re-stocking fee and the cost of shipping! The shipping I can understand, but it's pretty sad when a company has to charge a re-stocking fee for a product that is defective!

In Dec of 2016 I ordered battery #BP205 for a handheld scanner and got #APX1105 which is totally different. Called them back and reordered a # BP205 and got a cell phone battery #BP38. Called back AGAIN and told her the problems. I was then informed that the BP205 had been discontinued. When I threatened credit card Co action that's when they offered a return-credit but a 15% restocking fee and no credit for shipping plus I have to pay for sending the 2 wrong batterys back. They also have my CC number on file.

I ordered a battery 1.5 weeks ago and was supposed to be here in 2-5 business days. Now I have to wait another week before they will send me a new shipment. AWFUL SERVICE

their website shows the OEM original LG G5 Battery, instead, I've received a Made in China Battery. When I asked for my money back, they sent me a form where I have to pay 15% for returning and I have to Sign their form! I'd have to be insane to put my signature in a document for this fraudster. They are pure SCAM. Do not buy.
