Bax Music

Bax Music sold me a Zoom H1n voice-recorder. It is an excellent little unit which can be hand-held (although mind the noises from your fingers if recording). It records in Wav and mp3 formats and has the great advantage of enabling the owner to determine the recording level 'by dial' which for me is easier than playing with digital settings, perhaps in poor light. It can also take a mike or 'line-in' jack from other sources - record player, cassette player, computer cd player to enable digital 'archive' rerrdings to be made, or to play back at your leisure with many options for marking tracks and so on. Bax music dealt with the on-line order efficiently and it arrived on time. It arrived in a somewhat overlarge card container which might have allowed some movement of the inner package. But this was no problem because that in itself was well constructed and buffered and protected the recorder from any damage. In summary a pleasing product - exactly what I required avaible at a competitive price and with good service from Bax.

Product is great. Always order with Bax. Unfortunately though I ordered specifically because of the 'order before this time to receive by this time' thing, opting to pay more with Bax than other shops for the expedited service as I required it's use for a certain day. The delivery, however, rescheduled after 2 days and ended up coming the same time as the proposed delivery date from the shops selling this item cheaper. So that was annoying. But still, great product, great shop, sucky annoying situation.

Bought 2 guitar cases. Tele fits nicely Epiphone LP doesn't fit. Should have asked Bax and not relied on a review. Apart from that everything (goods, customer service and delivery) was first class.

Didn't get the guitar I ordered. Received a text from Hermes saying parcel was left outside front door. Eventually found parcel on the other side of the street 6 doors away from where I live. Hermes are garbage

Rather disappointed when box arrived. The item was in a huge box for a harmonica and everything was scattered in the box. The harmonica was not in its case and had been knocking around inside in transit. It looks ok on the outside But not sure of any damage done.

First of all the price was right. The next thing was ordering the item it was simple and easy and I picked a day for delivery it came on the day in question. What more can a Costomer ask for excellent service.

I ordered a piano keyboard and was not disappointed. The product was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It meets all expectations and fits the description given on the website. An adapter was even included with the package to ensure that the keyboard could be used on UK outlets. Would definitely recommend.

I have been dealing with Bax Music for some time now, and slowly building up my mobile disco rig (although I have to sneak past the wife!). Recently purchased a pair of Bose F1 subwoofers, a CS1000RGB and Pangolin laser software. Bax cannot seem to beaten on price, and operate a flawless delivery service. Not had the chance to complain and review their customer service levels, since I have been happy so far. Keep it up !

This is the first time i've had dealings with Bax Music. last week i bought a Boss TU-10 clip on tuner, i was impressed by the choice and the range of prices on offer, delivery was excellent the tuner arrived within a couple of days and in perfect condition, i can certainly recommend Bax Music to anyone. ,

1, sent me a used guitar when i paid for new 2, replacment guitar was the same used guitar!!! 3, had to get pay pal involved in order to get my refund as i kept getting fobbed off! 4, they have me a voucher as a "sorry" but it isn't valid. Be prepared to speak to liz, Kingsley and Martin at customer services a lot!!! - if something goes wrong!!!

Non existent customer service even after five emails to Bax. Purchased a Ukelele, which is a seconds but not listed as such. Took a very long time to arrive and the tracking number was incomplete. Shoddy paint work, dents, scratches and glue on neck. Don't waste your money on purchasing from here, they don't care about my complaint. I'm self employed, money is tight and this was purchased for someone recovering from the virus. I'm ashamed I spent money with Bax.

I have been sent 2 Decks that cannot be used as I do not have the correct connection for a whole week now. New cables arrived today and yet again they are wrong. I have requested items are collected and full refund. Emails and messages take days to reply. Totally disgusted.

Cheapest price, good communication, arrived promptly despite Covid pandemic, well packaged and even better they were a 50th birthday gift that has been very well received.

Excellent and faultless service. The piano even arrived a day early.

Very happy with the service from Bax. I had not used them before to buy tech, but they are definitely on my list now. I felt informed about my order and delivery at all times and the price was competitive.

Ordered a guitar and waited 4 weeks weeks for it arriving it never left there warehouse and the emailed me a refund without even notifying me absolute disgrace will never use this company again

Very bad online shop And the customers-care are horrible they ruined my surprise-gift for the kids After 3 weeks didn’t get the order, I will never Buy anything from them again.

Ordered a Pioneer DDJ-SR2, a DJ controller.
Controller came in a quick and timely manner despite the current problems COVID19 has had on deliveries.
Was very safely packaged and they even included a European adapter plug for use with UK sockets!

good item, price was cheaper than other retailers, well packed in double box and bubble wrap. a day late on delivery but no problems.
