Just to warn others thinking they can do a straight return if their item doesn't work out. I emailed the company wanting to return 4 items that didn't fit right and had very little nipple padding. The response I received was "We are glad to accept return. It's just return is a little inconvenient. We have an advice for this problem: we resend you 4 new items with half price or 1 new item for free. For the received items, you can keep it. Is it OK? Contact us if you need help, we will offer you feedback ASAP." When I contacted them again to proceed with return instructions, I learned I would have to ship the items back to Shanghai, China (no return label offered) which would cost me over $100.00. Always check the company's return policy, or this could happen to you.

What a xxxxx joke, been waiting 2 months for my i items. please do not purchase from them. There customer service is a waste of time, there robots not listening to your needs. They take your money and u never see your items... what a liability need to be shut down.. and investigate..... will never purchase from them again.

This website is absolutely terrible
Ordered a month ago
Put the charge on my card immediately
Finally got 1 of the swimsuits and the size was a joke - ordered XL
Must be a size 6
I’m trying to cancel the other one that I have been charged for to no avail
It’s a joke and there are no returns
Waste of money for sure ????????????

I order a swimsut the 09 february, i have no information about a sending and we are the 23.
Of course i already payed.
When i send e mails they told me that they have so many requests that they cant send me the swimsut
Im so disapointed ans angry

The delivery arrived more than three weeks late. When I asked about their return policy, they told me 14 days. I'm currently in quarantine due to COVID-19, and when I told them they didn't care. Totally heartless. I can't leave the house for the post office, and they couldn't care less. Avoid this shady company at all costs!

I received my bathing suit 5 weeks after I ordered it, and after I returned from vacation. It did not fit, plus I no longer needed it and emailed for a return 3 days after receiving it. I received a response from “Jane” indicating that they would take it back but I had to give them a reason why I wanted to return it. I did it immediately and did not hear back from them. I’ve emailed them at least 4 times since then, yet no response.

Their return policy stated 15 days but she would not supply me with a return authorization or return shipping address. I have a reason to believe they’ll wait until it’s after 15 days and then deny the return because it’s too late.

I did some research and found that Amazon threw them off for the same thing and they reopened under a new label. If you google their name it’ll direct you to their new name on Amazon.

I am , sadly, one more of those clientes that bought from this store (3 pieces) and never recieved even one. I´ve wrote many times to support and ask them to honour their word and refund, recieving back only empty words, as wait a few more days and latly, wait another week... and it has been 4 months!
Please don not buy from this store. You will be giving you money away
I keep recievig empyy answer, as you can see in their response bellw, to me.....after more than10/15 emails. Definitly IT IS A SCAMP OR FROUD.
GET AS FAR A YOU CAN TO SELLERS OF THI S KIND.
And yes you can do something: refund 100% ok my money. Now!

Do not use this company
I ordered 2 items over a month ago, 1 item arrived and is really cheap and nasty and the other item never arrived ( although payment was taken when I ordered it)
Numerous emails later,(asking for refund) I have been completely ignored and they have sent tracking details to say it was posted yesterday!

I ordered my suits close to two months ago and they haven’t come yet despite getting a shipping confirmation two weeks ago. They do not reply to emails. My only recourse is to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I do you think this is a scam website.

I ordered items on Jan 18, its now March 11 and still haven't received any. They took payment immediately on the date of my order. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, even after several emails to complain, still no respose. They owe me over $70. Do no order from them.

Got my order today after about 4 weeks. I wasnt in a hurry and we're in the middle of the Covid saga so shipping timing wasnt an issue. I havent tried the bathing suits on yet but first impressions are excellent! Fabric quality, lining and stitching is excellent. Breast padding is removable. So far looks exactly like the photos. I havent tried them on yet, but as I'm no swim suit model I'm not expecting to resemble the cover of Sport Illustrated in ANY swim suit lol! I'm happy they arrived and very happy with quality of them

I ordered in August, tried to return, paid for return shipping only to get the package back this week as unclaimed. Now they tell me I can resend at my expense again. I will end up paying more in shipping then for the product. Really disappointed. I will not order again and told my friends about this fraud site.

Delivery: OK - received them in 14 days
Quality: Poor - bought a T-shirt and a swimming set. The T-shirt look really Really REALLY cheap, nothing like the photo. The swimming set is not good either, bottom is M but top looks like L? Have no idea how they do their sizing. I don't be bother for a refund as the moment I saw the shipping is from China, I was like DOOMED that is it.
Overall: Poor, will not buy again, not recommend to anyone unless you want to waste your money

After all the bad reviews I read I ended up being surprised in a positive way:

-I thought that I would never get my bikini but it actually arrived 3 weeks after I ordered it, which is not that bad (I live in Brussels and it came from China as you know).
- The size fits: I ordered M even though my actual size is S, because while checking the sizes guide of the website, I figured out that S would be too small for me, and it was correct!
-the bikini was similar to the photo

I didn't give a maximum mark though, because even if it fits, the bikini is not wow. You can see that it's not the best quality, there is a little defect on the top in the sewing process, but fortunately it's not too visible. It isn't worth the 30 ish euros I paid, I think I could have found better quality bikinis for the same price. But well, it's ok!

In one word: not that bad :-)

If the item doesn’t fit ,you need to return to China at your expenses!they won’t never give you a refund and even try to assist you!save your time and money!!!!
