It seems if you are lucky and they ship the correct items, then great - they are wonderful. If you are like me and they ship the incorrect items, then tough luck. They don't care. I have sent them photos of what I received versus what I ordered by using their "contact" page but it has fallen on deaf ears. I wish I had seen some of these other reviews before I placed my order. Well, they have lost me as a continuing customer - these are items I use all the time and would have reordered. They seem to have a big social media presence but so what? They have terrible customer service.

This unintelligent company cannot even give a customer a refund who has not received their order.

This brainless company tell me to sign a "sworn afferdavid" (which I have done and returned to them) and to make a claim with Royal Mail. I've phoned Royal Mail again to be told it is the senders responsibility to lodge a claim for a lost parcel!!!!!!

Do the right thing and refund me my £440!!! Who do you think you are? Still not replied to my previous 1 star review or my form on their stupid contact us form!

Either the person who sent the item or the person receiving it can make the claim for compensation. If the item was sent using the Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 service, only the sender can claim compensation.

It’s usually easier for the sender to claim because they’re more likely to have the evidence that’s needed“

I was on Christmas vacation in Las Vegas, NV and was planning on leaving on December 30th 2017. I run out of my facial cream while in Las Vegas and placed an order with Beauty the Shop on December 23rd. I was told that I would receive the cream on December 27th or latest December 28th. When on December 28th I still didn't receive the cream, I contacted the company. A rude woman informed me that she can't access my order currently but that she will call me back. 5 min later I received an email notification that my order was just shipped, and I won't receive it till January 3rd 2018. Beauty the Shop refused to cancel my order and give me a refund. So I'm basically forced to stay in Las Vegas until I receive my order. I will probably leave without the cream because the hotel room costs me more per night than the cream itself. The customer service is very irresponsible. If they were running late with shipment, they should have notified me immediately, and give me the option to cancel the order.

I think you are utterly immoral selling protection face masks for £69 for 10 masks. You should be shut down.

BEWARE- they are not clear in that they are Spanish based, their very email account is UK. I paid £97 for a hairdryer which has not got a UK plug and you are left with a hefty bill to return recorder. Be very very aware- deliberating misleading against trading standards

terrible, the worst company
hope every one can see this and don't buy anything from this company
after one month still don't receive my parcel yet, the only way to contact the company is to flll the request form about the parcel then every time got the same automatic reply which doesn't help at all
ask refund then even dont recevie any automatic reply

I purchased an item from this website as a Christmas present for my partner which was a great item at a great price and I was really happy with purchasing the item. Then it came to delivery well all I can say is steer clear of this company the item was supposed to be delivered on 06/12/18 I was not informed of the delivery date or any tracking information. Apparently parcelforce attempted to deliver the item but left no card, I then checked with Beautytheshop to be told to check my tracking email (at this point I had to reply to them asking them to read my last email as it confirmed I never received a tracking email) ????
They then responded with my tracking information and I tracked down my parcel was with parcelforce, I contacted them to be told it was at a Whalley Range post office but they didn’t know which one (there are 3)
Eventually they found the postcode and I visited to be told they did not have the item, after almost a week of going backwards and forwards on 23/12/2018 they confirmed the item as lost and I informed Beautytheshop who responded saying they needed it confirming to them and gave me a deadline of 10/01/2019 today as you can probably guess I have had no communication from them and quite frankly shows how poor their customer service is stay clear guys I will never use this site again!!

I ordered from this website a bottle of very expensive aftershave in the Black Friday sale, sure enough a week or so later my parcel arrived and I was totally dismayed to of received a £23 bottle of Chloe body lotion (Someone elses order)

I immediately contacted Beauty the Shop who advised it was a DPD mix up and that they had raised a complaint with them since them I have tried to make contact multiple times (Via the website) and have had no response other than the initial email.

Whilst I appreciate errors can be made a company is judged on how they handle this issue - I feel very dissatisfied with the total lack of contact

Edited to Add 27/01/2020 - Still awaiting my refund.............

Revision of 'Appalling' review - with tips for customer care - 1) had the courier left a card saying to whom he had delivered the parcel the experience would have been stress free, and 2) had the company had recorded message on ansa-phone saying it was a Bank Holiday the matter would not have been compounded. As it was I thought £300 of goods had been stolen. Thank you for the prompt response once the Bank Holiday was over.

Very disappointed to find that Beauty The Shop UK shipped my order from Spain, which in my opinion is miisleading the customer. As as result I am incurring extra expense as I want to make a return. I wont be dealing with the company again.
