Bought the 100% Mulberry silk eye masks by Morgan & Finch from Bed, Bath N’ Table. Wore one of the eye masks and woke up with a very painful rash and hundreds of tiny bumps all over my forehead and around my eyes. I sleep on silk pillow cases with no issues, so these masks must be washed with industrial chemicals. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I’m in a lot of pain and my face looks awful. Spent a small fortune on these silk face masks too.

have never experienced this at other stores but at the fountain gate store there is a red hair lady at this store who is consistently rude and disrespectful to her some of customers. It seems like she may have a race problem. My sister recieved appalling service there. Look, retail is probably not the best career choice for people with shocking attitudes. Just saying.

I have always experienced great service and products from BB & T. Unfortunately, recently I made a large purchase and was very disappointed in the lack of interest and customer care from [name removed] at Head Office in Melbourne. There was a factory fault in my purchase, which was very disappointing. Without the help of staff at Belrose, where I made the purchase, the bed would still be in pieces. The staff at Belrose, under the Management of Lisa were amazing and so very helpful.

1200 tread shrink. Finish was bad lots of treads still hanging off side hems. I brought two pair. Same problem with both pairs. Will not buy this brand again. Told them shop manager not interested. So will not be buying these again. I have photos. Christine. McClymans

My Asian partner was sold a Seasons Quilt Cotton House even though it was not what she had planned on buying. Just wanted a thicker quilt insert for winter not two thin quilts that have to be tied together!
Could see straight away before even opening the already opened box that it was not a good product.
Returned to store to exchange for a winter quilt which would have been more expensive, product was not used, in original package and had the receipt as per their return policy.
Staff were extremely rude from the get go and basically just said that Melbourne head office has said no returns on quilts due to COVID-19, I asked to see where that policy is and why it wasn't provided, or at least discussed at the time of sale. Could not get a clear answer out of them other than they stated the policy did not exist so they couldn't show it to me. Weird.
The companies website and receipts state you can return 'goods' within 14 days providing they are unused, in original packaging and have the receipt. There is no specific documented policy for quilts and no COVID policy so as I stated to the staff you can't just make up policy's on the run, then blame head office and tell me to take it up with them. If they are claiming they have a no refund policy it should be made clear upfront so customers have the choice whether to proceed or not.
Hopefully they take the heated discussion we ended up having onboard (I doubt it) and actually advise customers they have a no refund/exchange policy on certain items. Even though it is illegal to suggest customers are not entitled to a refund.

Get with the program Bed Bath N Table!

How many more customer complaints do you want to receive? I ordered a winter throw on 14 April, it still hasn’t arrived. Order # 3000240853 I followed up with an email and I received a generic response. Sent another email a few days a later, still the same response. Extremely poor and slack customer service!! I checked with Australia Post with the tracking number provided and the item is still with them! It hasn’t been sent! Unbelievable!

Attention Bed Bath N Table you are such a huge disappointment!!
I will be posting daily poor reviews of your incompetent service until you act as a matter of urgency to send my item and respond accordingly. If this doesn’t happen I certainly won’t be purchasing any more items from your company and I will be reporting to my friends and family to avoid shopping with you. I also demand a refund for the delivery fee.

Bought what I thought was a beautiful white quilt cover and matching pillowcases - QB, waffle design. Too big for our QB quilt which was also bought from Bed Bath and Table and also creases terribly. Looks really cheap! Really wishing I had gone to Target - paid less than a third of the price and got something higher quality and fit for the purpose. Really very disappointed!

AVOID AVOID AVOID buying from Bed Bath N' Table. I paid $60 for a soap dispenser last November - it has never worked very well and now 6 months on does not work at all. Their response - "with regular use in the home, there may be an inevitable decrease in performance over the lifespan of a product, as general wear and tear occurs". So it seems that they think 6 months is the "lifetime" of a $60 product. I bought a soap dispenser for $10 from KMart 3 years ago and it is far superior in performance and still going strong.

As I have previously bought bath robes and throws from BB&T in store and was happy with the price and quality, I felt confident buying their new season designs at their online sale, and treating myself to a new bathrobe and a couple of new throws for the family room. I wasn’t worried that delivery would be delayed by Covid, as I was in no hurry.

When the parcel finally arrived three and a half weeks later, I was so looking forward to using my new thick, warm and fluffy bathrobe. What a disappointment! The new robe was very much thinner than the old which had been washed many times. AND it was much shorter as well! Certainly not worth paying $60 (discounted from $80) for $20 quality in my opinion. (See photo).

Similarly, the 2 new Sherpa throws were also thinner than the much-laundered old throws. Again, disappointed at paying $40 (down from $60) for what in my opinion is $15 quality.

Fortunately, I didn’t pay full price. As it is, I won’t be buying from BB&T again, let alone online.

I ordered quite a large order (i admit) about 1 1/2 weeks ago and never got a shipping email, I ordered large orders from two other places the exact same day and got it about a week later. this is unacceptable really, I completely understand the pressures due to covid but to wait almost 2 weeks to even hear about your order is ridiculous. The customer service team have been very patient though which is appreciated.

15th June 20 4 staff no approach or aknowlegmenr on customers entering or whilst in store
Staff either task oriented or to busy having a chat about Uni studies
Young male in particular had no interest would rather talk or stand behind counter doing nothing at all.
Miranda was once a pleasure to shop in service now his shocking.
Bed Bath should consider weekly Mystery Shoppers yo score team members and then use as a training tool.

at the end of last(ending on may 9)i went to Broadway Bed, Bath and Table, to find out price on a linen double bed size quilt. They were having 25% off normally prices. on that day i was served by a young lady, and a gentleman. they did not have the quilt cover in stock, but could get it delivered from Moore Park. which would arrive at the broadway shop by 5/may. at this time i was asked to pay for the quilt cover, which i did in good faith. on that day i was offered the opportunity to, while the 25% off was still current, to buy q pair of linen pillowcases which i took on the day. Early this week i rang and asked for the price of a linen set of sheets, and was quoted as $225(again as a 25% off special. On the 13th (Wednesday) i received a call stating that my quilt cover had arrived. i went to the shop the following day (14th May) to pick up the quilt cover. and when purchasing the sheet set was quoted as $254.96. I was told that, being a member of the company, that i was to be given 15% off, not 25% off the originally quoted $225. the difference being $29.96, out of my pocket. When i queried this discrepancy i received a blank look, with no explanation, from a stoney face. please respond good people at bb&t Broadway.

I politely emailed them about a soap dish. Whilst I was still using my first bar of soap with it, lots of gray paint fell off it revealing a plastic dish underneath. It is really unsightly. No one has replied to my email. Disappointing.

I’m a regular at the works in hawthorn and the staff there are the best especially deanne and Benjamin.I was sooo sick with a migraine on Friday the 13march and this boy ran and got me water and a panadol just awesome and Deanna down stairs always helps me nothing is too much for her many thanks

Ordered end of March 2020, on line, due to the Corona Virus. Crockery arrived via Australia Post, after a week. 3 rice bowls were broken and a dinner plate. Spent over $200. Rang them to complain. Goes straight to voice mail every time I ring Victoria and I am in N.S.W. Sent photos and emails of the damaged goods. Still have heard nothing back and this is over a week! So much for leave a message and we will get back to you in 2 business days.

Ordered some sheets online. Realised immediately I had made a mistake,didn’t order the deep sided type. Rang BB&T to change my order and pay extra $11 or cancel my order so I could order correctly. Told this was impossible because the orders are processed so quickly, suggested I receive the incorrect order and return it then order the correct item. 3 weeks later ( ? Quick processing of orders?!) I received the order I did not want and returned it on the same day using the detailed method of return at my cost. Ordered the correct item also on that same day. Tracked my returned item and noted it was delivered back to the warehouse. Received my correctly ordered item. Waited and waited for a credit to appear for my returned item. Phoned BB&T regarding slow credit, told by a pleasant staff member I could not talk to the “online” order staff directly, could only email them. Email sent, no response after 1 week. Phoned again spoke to a very rude and dismissive staff member, emailed Online staff yet again. No response yet again. Lodged a complaint through Pay Pal. Received my credit. Just as well I had paid through Pay Pal. Will never use Bed Bath and Table again.

I ordered placed an order and 12 days passed with no update. I contacted them via social media and received a condescending 'well COVID nurrrrrr' despite restrictions having being lifted and them advertising how they've increased shifts to keep up with demand? The staff member was very passive aggressive and insinuated that I was being demanding when I asked why if they had made their warehouse 24 hours a day I haven't got my product? Surely the demand isn't causing a 12 day delay if their warehouse is open ALL DAY, EVERYDAY. They told me I would receive a dispatch notification over the weekend and surprise... it wasn't shipped and I got no email notification. 15 days without even a dispatch? I won't be ordering from these buffoons again. Never had these issues with Adairs, Linen House, Sheridan or Pillow talk. Looking at other reviews its clear I should have never wasted my time and money. I'll be organising a charge back through my CC company if I don't have a dispatch notification tomorrow.

I have been to Bed bath and table many times and have just witnessed the disgusting way staff are treated by customers. So many people are complaining about bad customer service, but when I see the way customers treat staff I am shocked. They are rude to the staff, they demand, I have heard them shouting over the most trivial things. The customers never smile or greet the staff back when they are greeted, and then they complain when they dont get treated like queens when they enter the store. As customer who has previously worked in many retail stores, I always see how customers treat staff in the stores I go to. most customers are just a bunch of middle-aged Karens looking to take their frustrations on staff members no matter how nice they are to them. I am ashamed to walk in bed bath and table, because I just dont want to be labled as one of the 'karens' that shop there.

I bought linen sheets from bed bath and table online as our nearest store is 5 hours away. I have owned linen quilt covers for years and have been very pleased with them and was expecting the same experience with linen sheets. The sheets are very soft which is nice but they are also very thin and pill horrendously. I have never experienced such bad piling with any sheets before. Disappointing as linen sheets are very expensive. I contacted Bed bath and table with photos of the pilling all over my bedroom floor. They told me I needed to return them at a store. Not that keen on a 10 hour return trip to return sheets. I did some reading about linen sheets and the pilling is likely a result of short fibers and poor quality as I was meticulous in following the washing instructions. Disappointed in the quality and service

I am trying to order online and the website wont let me finish the order. They dont even have a customer service team to answer the phone. I have written twice to them and still no response. This is now almost 24 hours later. Find it strange that a company who charges such expensive prices for their products dont even have a customer service team.
