I recommend Beg Guru very highly. Carl Walsh is a professional and, unlike other bed suppliers such as Archers Sleep Centre, is properly in control of his merchandise and its delivery.

Really great service, the two men that delivered took the bed to the room i wanted it and they were very friendly, rang an hour before delivery to make sure I would be home. Bed is great quality, couldn't be happier

I made an online purchase and was contacted by the team the same day to arrange delivery 2 days later. Good service. The mattress is well made and very comfortable.

Thought that it would be delivered in a couple of days but took over a week. In the advert it did not mention either way if mattress's were include I think it would be helpful to let people know there are no mattress's. Now the bed is erected and in use I find it very good. Would do business with them again.

Excellent service from the company, a call before order finalised to check that I had ordered the right size as I was ordering a smaller single bed for a box room, a call a few days later to ask if delivery date was acceptable which it wasn’t so a later date arranged no problem a call on the day to say they would be arriving within next 30 minutes. Bed a nice solid little bed and a lovely firm mattress all very well packaged to avoid any damage. All in all extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this company.

Bought from bed guru when they had a shop at Eastgate, Leeds. Now they are only on-line yet received same good service and quality product.

I requested fabric swatches, which bed guru had sent to me so I could make a better choice for the fabric bedframe. They stored the bed for me until I was able to recycle the old sofa bed and delivered it at the agreed time-always a bonus. Altogether excellent.

Delivery arrangements were made and broken 3 times despite me being specific as to when I would be in, I had even dismantled my sons bed and moved his entire room around to be told 20 minutes before the end of the delivery slot that it was not on the van after receiving texts all morning saying it was. I clarified with the delivery company and eventually when it was delivered nothing on the van was strapped down and packages were thrown around everywhere inside. After the delivery drivers left and I opened up the packages which had minimal impact protection I then discovered lots of damage to the wooden bed frame caused by transportation, I had already disposed of the old bed so I had no choice but to accept it. Bed Guru need to package their products properly so as to avoid damage in transit and the delivery drivers need to take more care of goods in transit. Telephone staff from both companies were helpful but were not able to specify and AM or PM delivery which would have been useful

One straightforward telephone call and one email later and my new bed was ordered. Not only that, it was delivered in the timescale advised and delivered with a smile too which is always pleasant.

I have made a few purchases from Bed Guru over the last 3 or 4 months and can't recommend them highly enough for quality, price, communication, speedy delivery ....... Everything really!

Service was really speedy, and even though the first bed was slightly larger than the dimensions stated, they quickly delivered a replacement that was perfect and took back the one we couldn't use.

I had a lot of trouble finding a quality bed in France. I wanted something big and luxurious with a pillow top. I also didn't want to mess around trying to find a headboard and frame separately--I wanted to buy everything at one time, from one place.

The BedGuru provided a great service. My bed is wonderful, the price was reasonable and the delivery process was communicative. I would recommend them to friends and family looking for a comfortable, quality and reasonably priced bed solution.

This was my second purchase from Bed Guru. The first mattress I bought was so comfortable & such brilliant quality that I didn't need to shop around for he second one - I knew exactly what I wanted. I placed my order by phone & teceived excellent customer service.
I would highly recommend them.

Was really impressed when I received a call the day after I placed my order telling me the bed would be ready that week and delivered early the following week. I then heard nothing for two weeks and when I followed up, was told that I had been given incorrect info and it hadn't even been made yet! Another week passed and I chased yet again, to be told it had just been sprayed and would be delivered that weekend. It finally arrived nearly four weeks after it was ordered and I had to do all the chasing. It's a lovely bed - somewhat tricky to assemble, but good quality and looks nice, but the customer service has somewhat spoiled the experience and I'm not sure I would buy from them again for this reason.
