BIAB offers 120 day trial period and I'm the type of person that takes longer to adjust to my new mattress. A lot of the other stores have good offers, but by the time I realize I don't like my mattress, it's almost too late. When I recieved mine, I felt more comfortable having more time to adjust to my bed but quickly found within the first week that I wasn't going to be returning this one.

I was incredibly impressed with not only the site's content, but the actual product. The website was simple and smartly-designed, the customer service was exceptional throughout the fulfillment process, and the mattress itself was everything the reviews [they even posted a link to a third-party review website right on their homepage!] boasted it would be: a top-quality, American-made memory foam mattress at the best price anywhere. Start to finish, this company blew every other online-shopping experience I've ever had away... would that they could all be this good!!!

Bedinabox.com not only sells matresses, but they also sell bases to go with it! Moving into a new place, I needed the complete set up. I tried the mattress on an old base of mine, but it wasn't as comfortable. I decided to try their solid base and wow! What a difference! I sleep even better than before, so thank you BIAB!

Buying online can be risky, and often the terms are unclear. I bought my bed on bedinabox.com and was able to get it quickly. I was also relieved to know that they have a 10 and 20 year warranty to cover my mattress! That's not only longer than most leading brands, but the price of the bed was also way better than them too!

Looking for a variety of different mattresses to chose from, I began my search for a new mattress. Usually I wouldn't even write a review but after the great night's sleep I got from BIAB's mattress, who wouldn't want to. The prices were great and they have different firmnesses for every sleeper!

Moving out meant I needed a new bed. My parents reccommended BIAB and so I started searching. Not only was it super easy to pick out and purchase a mattress but the delivery was so quick and the service was amazing! Not to mention it was easy to buy sheets to go with the bed all at the same time!

This is a great company to buy from. I read their reviews on other sites, which were all positive, and I followed them on facebook for a couple day. Overall, their customers seemed very happy with their purchases. So I looked over their website and got help from their customer service department with a few questions and I ended up buying an 11 inch mattress. It arrived quicker than I ever imagined in a box through Fedex. Amazing that a queen mattress was shipped IN THE MAIL. It's ready to sleep on as soon as you finish getting all the plastic off it. Amazing comfort too! I can't believe anyone would spend the money on a tempurpedic or any other mattresses when this company is around. I recommend this bed to everyone!

I was looking for a new mattress when one of my friends recommended bedinabox.com. I wasn't sure how to go about buying the bed online, but their customer service rep made the whole thing easier. Not only did he listen to my needs but he was able to narrow the bed down to the one that fit me most. I only regret not getting it sooner!

We received both the bed and platform within 5 days of order. The platform and headboard were very easy to assemble. I just have to mention, the packing of headboard and platform was excellent. I was concerned that the boards might get damaged in shipping because of the weight. Not even a scratch. Super comfortable and supportive. My wife and I haven't this good for months, if not years.

My daughter bought a Bed-in-a-Box mattress (the basic, original style) for her first apartment a year ago, and she has continued to love it. When my husband and I recently decided to buy a new mattress for the guest bedroom, it was an easy decision to buy the exact same one. The entire purchase and delivery process could not be easier. What a great way to buy a mattress!

We now have 3 beds in our house from bed in a box. They are all wonderful. We have had lots of family visiting this year and they have all commented how good they have slept. Several have bought beds from there as well since sleeping on them.

The duffle bag showed up 3 days after ordering, but the foundation took a week. Stuck in customs. I have no doubt Canada wanted to know what wood it was made of. We ordered the classic bed and it is olenty firm, with enough give that side sleepin or back sleeping is wonderfully well supported. The foundation took about 25 minutes to inpack in the garage and setup in the bedroom. Easy to put together. Kinda like Ikea, but nice hardwood not softwood. Very slight smell upon unpacking. We just left it up against a wall in the bedroom for a few days and it was fine. With the mattree protector, there is no residual smell at all now.
Very happy. Only time will tell how long the foam lasts, but if we get 6-8 years out of it, I'd be pretty happy.

I was reluctant to buy a mattress that I couldn't test first. I know there is a free trial period but who goes in the trouble of returning items... Anyway, I went on with the purchase the mattress was shipped and delivery very fast. I had a small problem removing the mattress from the bag without ripping it (in the instructions it states that you may use scissors to open/remove the bag) but i wanted to avoid that, so it was pretty hard, took around 30 minutes! Once I finally removed the mattress from the bag, it self "inflated" in seconds and went full size without any bumps, uneven spots, etc.

If I had to write a very short paragraph for my review I would write this:
Before BedInABox I rarely saw/remember my dreams, now, if not every day, almost every day I dream in my sleep. I guess this means how drastically the quality of my sleep has improved!

Definitely Recommend it!

I was a little surprised to learn that my bed would be coming via FedEx, because I couldn't imagine one guy carrying a king size bed up my walk. So when the box showed up, I was surprised at how small it was.

I had ordered a foundation and a bed, and upon opening the foundation I realized it was a frame with slats in it. That wasn't what I expected as I already had a frame with slats, so I called the company and the support person explained I needed to use the frame with slats closer than 5" or some thick plywood, or else the warranty would be voided. My only complaint about this process is that if I had known I could use plywood I would have done that instead of ordering the foundation.

I decided to go ahead and keep the foundation, and it was pretty easy to assemble. The small box that was actually the bed turned out to be a bed that had all the air sucked out of the foam to compress it. After I opened it, the bed regained its normal shape in a matter of minutes. So outside of the confusion about the frame or plywood, it's been a good experience overall.

I had a difficult time deciding which model to purchase, the original or the Tranquility. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful explaining the difference in regard to firmness -- noticable but not significant. We purchased the Original and feel it is very comfortable and plenty firm without being hard. We have been sleeping on it for a week and so far am very satisfied with our purchase.

I had been researching for a new mattress for a few months and had been going to the review websites to compare specs. I kept coming back to the PacBed from BedInaBox. Their features and the price was right for what I needed. If I was able to spend over $1000 then I would have checked out the other options but $900 was within the range I was looking for.
The mattress arrived on time and was in great shape. It unpacked easily, inflated quickly and has been extremely comfortable for the 1st 4 days.
