It is now 16:08 and i still have not received the rest of my bed, i am VERY Conscious that it should have been delivered as per the Reply from Danny below

Please contact me to reassure that this is not just another broken promise


I ordered a Bed on April the 16th

I did not hear anything from them other than the customary Order Confirmation, after 2 weeks still nothing so i phoned them and they assured me that the bed would be delivered that afternoon.
No Bed that afternoon! i phoned them back in the morning and they said we will talk to the Courier , i did ask them to send me a confirmation email or a mail with the delivery slot on, Nothing!!

Phoned them back the next day to be told the bed had been damaged and they will get a replacement, but it wont be for a couple of days or after the weekend.

Tuesday came nothing so far, again i had to phone them again to be told they would talk to the courier for a time, i waited a few hours was going to phone them back, but this time they beat me to it and said it is on the VAN for delivery.

GOOD NEWS!! the bed turned up (or so we thought) i asked the Courier is that the only box he said yes and obviously due to social distancing i could not check, he drove off we opened the box only half a bed and a note on the Box saying Box 1 of 2, BEDSOS who promised to get back to me in 10 Mins, i had to phone them again and this time they told me the other part is on the VAN and will be with me before 6! Guess what??? yes you guessed it it never arrived, i am now waiting on the phone to try and speak to them again

Now i know we are in unprecedented time but the communication and customer service has been appalling, the mattress from a different company came within 2 days and my Daughter has been sleeping on the floor on the Mattress ever since

My Advice is do not use this company to purchase anything, the 1 star is for the people on the phone as i feel sorry for them.

Bought a bed from Bed SOS, while constructing it one of the slats for the base was broken, spoke to Eleanor who was really helpful and got replacement slats out to me that week. Very speedy service and bed is excellent. Will definitely recommend.

Absolutely ridiculous company, ordered a bed almost a month ago now and recurved an email a couple weeks ago saying the delivery team will contact me soon to book a slot, I wasn’t contacted and I’ve had to email the company 5 times and every time I was told I will be contacted that day or the next, again absolutely nothing I have been extremely lenient with them but it has been thrown back in my face. Do not order from this company unless you want your bed to arrive after months.

We received our bed order back in October 2019, and last night the central support beam snapped in half! How can a bed break after only 4 months?

I would really appreciate a replacement part to fix the bed, I don’t need a refund or a new bed, and will be calling your offices tomorrow.

I ordered a bed and mattress for my son now a couple of weeks ago, I've received an email saying it has been dispatched and that a delivery team will be on touch to organise delivery.
Has no communication now so I'm getting a little worried after reading these reviews perhaps should of read them before.
I've now emailed twice more and had no reply!!
Disapointeted.

Booked for Saturday delivery and was worried that it wouldn't turn up, however the dogs and I were woken by the delivery driver bright and early! Excellent quality bed for the price.

Very disappointed!Ordered the bed on 26th April!Still haven't got it!Usually I am very patent person,but this time I am really running out of patience and will have probably to be talking to trading standards!I I was asking for an update about where my bed could be and was told that once they contacted the currier would be back to me...but no...No phone call or email!Still waiting!

Our bed was delivered on Friday 27th July with the box damaged and the faux leather bedframe torn. I immediately phoned customer services and they requested photographic evidence, which I sent straight away. I was advised a replacement section would be delivered the next day [Saturday] and the damaged section taken away. We waited in all day, the delivery never came!
I contacted customer services on the Monday morning and was advised the delivery was out and would be with us after 12 noon, so again we had to wait in all day. By 5pm we still had no delivery so I telephoned customer services and was placed on hold for 40 minutes, before an automated message told me to leave a message!
Finally on Tuesday 31st July, after spending a 4th day of annual leave at home waiting for a Bed SOS delivery, the replacement part was delivered, but the driver refused to take the damaged section away.
On top of all this, I received a phone bill in excess of £20 for the 40 minutes I had been placed on hold to customer services as the call was 50 pence per minute which was something NEVER stated when you call them. I made a complaint about this to customer services and they said they were not liable for the cost of the call!
I had to give a 1 star ..as a 0 star wasn't an option!

We ordered a bed and mattress on Sunday 3rd May and chose delivery day of Thursday 7th, plenty of time to have it ready, on Wednesday 6th we had a dispatch email which put our minds at rest having read the reviews but here we are Saturday 9th and still no delivery, I have called and emailed and had no responce. We're so disappointed as this was for our son. Hopefully I will eventually be able to get hold of someone but who knows when that might be.

UPDATE - Bed finally arrived and all came together, bed is OK quality and easy to assemble, will not be using this company again due to the complete lack of customer service, I received no call backs when told and then the phone lines closed! Even the responses to emails (if you're lucky). Was vague and they avoided questions.

Not worth the headache.

Thank you Beds SOS....for the speedy delivery of a mattress which we bought for our Grandaughter,as she was moving into her new house,we could of had next day delivery but had the option to choose our own delivery date,it was delivered on the day we wonted,the lady i spoke to on the phone at Bed SOS was very helpful and polite thank you once again i will recomend you to my friends X

But the website was really easy to navigate on a mobile device and finding the right bed, a sturdy king size bed, was really easy.

Checking out was easy as a new customer and delivery is really fast.

Could use some sort of page to understand mattresses a bit better, and I never like the constant claims of ‘sales’ but the truth is that every company dealing with furniture claims to have outrageously unrealistic sales to the extent you question how anyone stays in business. So it’s to be expected. Overall a good experience and only cosmetic suggestions that I can make regarding the order process.

ordered the time living Valencia bed as i knew it was a good bed as had a brown one for the last 6 years also.
did arrive slightly damaged but that was down to the heavy handed couriers
however my issues were resolved quickly.

nice to see some honesty for once without undue stress to get things sorted.

Appalling service from Bedsos - I'm expecting delivery of a new bed today and phoned to ask when it was arriving only to find out that they don't have stock until January. Apparently stock levels are 'approximate'. I received no emails, no calls to this effect. I've taken a wasted day off and we're left with no bed. Unbelievably pi$$ed off!!! Have cancelled the order and now need to find a bed in a hurry.

If it was possible to leave zero star I would.

Another rip off company trying to charge £40 yes that's £40 for delivery to me in Aberdeen.

DESPITE the headline banner stating FREE UK delivery!! (So clearly according to them I do not live in the UK)!

So NOT ordering!!

In response to your comments it is NOT clearly stated.

The headline banner EVEN on the delivery page where the £40 fee is FIRST mentioned states FREE UK DELIVERY. There is no mention of any exclusions to this!!

In the description of your company alongside this review also states FREE UK DELIVERY.

Your pages probably breach advertising standards as they contain factually incorrect information which mislead customers!

I went to another company and got FREE delivery!!!

After ordering a bed 10days ago which suggested there was free next day delivery we are now told the bed wont come for another 7 days!!! No communication without my calls to find out why it wasnt delivered on the booked delivery day last week. Then empty promises to deliver this week with still no communication without my hasseling on the phone despite being continually promised a call. The new delivery date falls outside of the 7-10 working day delivery the website was supposed to have promised me originally.

I have a very disappointed 8 year old and have wasted considerable time waiting for no show deliveries and chasing this company.
