Bad service and product is fake I bought vapourmax from you it came in like a month and the material is not the same as the one I bought from footlocker and some other changes aswell in both shoes

The trainers took weeks to arrive and when the eventual did arrive the trainer were 100% Fake. They had glue all over them on the outside of the trainer. Do not trust this seller, you have been advised!

Orders 2 pair of trainers 3 months ago, still haven't received my items.

I've tried to contact them through Facebook and Email and got blanked each time, they took my money out within seconds of placing the order and recently received an email to review the items I haven't received!

I ordered 2 pairs of Nike trainers from you a black pair and a lilac pair costing £130 and £135 and when they arrived they were both the same black pair I was very disappointed If I had received the correct order I would of given a 10

On Tue, 31 Mar I ordered the following from you: Nike ZoomX Vaporfly Next Men
I paid £110 by credit card.
The reference number for my order was ORDER #2807.
I was expecting to take delivery of the item on By 25/4/2020, but at present I have still not received the goods. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Time is now essential. Please deliver the item as soon as possible. If you do not, I will expect a full refund.

Bought some niki trainers had them one day the sole started coming off so emailed company I did mention that they may not be genuine but they did send a text to say they were and I was to send them back which I did the following day. That was three weeks ish ago and still not heard anything from the company after sending several emails and text Crap service crap company!!

I ordered the Nike air max plus in white and they are nothing like the ones from Nike. I have the same ones in black and the quality and look of the ones I received are nothing alike. I was told I had to get a report to prove they are fake but as they know this is impossible to do. I won’t be ordered from them again. £100 for a fake pair of trainers. I don’t want a response from the company as when I have looked through previous ones they are so rude to their customers. Horrendous customer service.

I ordered on the 10th May. Its now 5th June and I have still not received my order!

I am still waiting on my order and a reply to several emails!! Its now the 19th June!!

My partner bought me a pair of Nike trainers and when she gave them to me I couldn’t help my self from laughing I can not believe these people are getting away with what they are doing by selling fake trainers at there prices and and your returns go to self storage unit so do not waist your money and be fooled by these scammers the products that you will receive are absolutely shocking

Ordered trainers on 3rd March. Tracking says still in China (as at 2/6). Have tried to contact them and can’t get a response. Asked for a refund twice, no response. They owe me over £100 and I have heard nothing. Do not deal with these people.

So, 20th May you contacted me and said you’d send me another pair of trainers as I’d not received the first due to your supplier. Said you’d found another supplier and I’d have them within two weeks. Nothing. Left another review on here to which you replied I’d receive them within 7 days. ANOTHER two weeks later and STILL NOTHING. February I ordered these. You’ve stolen off me and many others, or ripped them off with fakes by the look of these reviews. Saying you don’t need the money... well refund it then because you clearly don’t have the goods to sell. Absolute joke. Robbing people blind. How you still have this running is beyond belief.

Entered the address for trading standards to find, surprise surprise, no such address as shown online. As I said before, even if I can’t get my money back I’m going to do all I can to stop these from taking any more. Hopefully get this stopped for good.
