I wholeheartedly endorse the Beyond20 ITIL Foundations training I received in June, 2014. The instructor, Erika Flora, was engaged, innovative, and kept the class interesting. This affordable course at the Fairfax, Virginia facility enhanced the learning experience, was convenient, included the ITIL Foundations examination and free parking. The PMI-approved training (24 PDUs) was a huge plus for me!

I took my ITIL course last week with Erika Flora, Beyond2, and like to share some positive feedback with everyone.

Erika is an interesting and high quality instructor. Her style was really productive and that's the reason everybody passed the exam.

The instructor was very knowledgeable of the materials he was presenting. You could tell he had real world experience with the material he was teaching. He emphasized those things that were most important and provided learning tools that actually were very effective. The crossword puzzle was the best study tool and it was kind of fun to do...didn't seem like homework. I would highly recommend this company for future training courses.

I had attempted to be certified in ITIL Foundations once before, a few years back, by another contracted instructor, and did not achieve certification. A significant percentage of my fellow students in the class also did not achieve certification. This time, Beyond20 prepared me for the certification test far better than I was prepared the last time. I achieved certification as well as did every other student in the class.

Jesse Fewell is a first rate instructor: Knowledgeable, engaging, entertaining, in control of the room.......he is clearly born to teach and coach.

After this course, passing the exam was a breeze. I took it without any additional prep......I did not even need to look anything up.......only took 30 minutes and passed first time 31 out of 35.

Confession: Day 1 found me a little overwhelmed by the size of the course manual and the "requirement" to certify by weeks end. I expected an onslaught of acronyms and process definitions followed by a challenging certification exam. Enter game changer Erika Flora and the Beyond20 ITIL Foundations training course to rewrite my expecations before day's end, and then to proceed in exceeding them. Erika is a gifted and engaging instructor whose knowledge and experience allow her to flesh out ITIL's skeletal processes in real world models relatable to our core business. Her enthusiasm and workshop style worked quickly to increase my knowledge of the ITIL concepts and to equip me with the confidence to not only achieve the desired certification, but to begin the work of applying those concepts within my work team.

My expectations were that I would be attending a 3 day course with semi-dry "PowerPoint by Death" material. Boy was I wrong, the instruction was exciting and very interactive which kept everyone involved and attentive to the materials being taught! I also scored extremely well on the ITIL / IT Service Management Final Exam which is a testament to the quality of the training material. Well worth the time and money spent! Also 24 PDUs for my PMP Recertification can't be beat either! Take this ITIL v3 Foundations Course you wont regret it!

Andy was a great teacher. He taught us what we needed to know to pass the test.
