I received my wedding saree yesterday from UPS. The saree is beautiful. There is a color variation as I expected it to be slightly lighter in color but not to worry it is still stunning. The packaging and the little gifts was very nice. I definitely will be purchasing more of your products from here on. Thank you for all your assistance. Best Regards

I have received my sari, blouse and petticoat material which was order number 27519 today. The sari is exactly as shown and described on your website as well as the free gift and thank you for the bindi's, i am very happy with the sari, as this sari was for diwali the sari got here in less than one week, i am so happy with that, very quick, and really good customer service. I mentioned that I needed the sarees quite urgently for an upcoming wedding and it came within 7 days instead of the 21 days. Thank you for this great service and even for my discount. It is extremely frustrating when you are trying to speak to live chat as that's the only option you have and the representatives English are so poor that you end up wasting time going back and forth and ending up solving nothing. They either leave you hanging or cut off the chat when they do not have answers to your questions. Emails are not being answered products are shipped on time if it's in stock if not it takes a very long time with no communication very bad service for USA customers yet you must pay up front for your order.

Placed order in November. Item was supposed to be shipped in early January. No update on order in the middle of January. Email customer service to be told sorry we cannot ship your item please choose one of these (less comparable) items instead. Tell customer service that will not work as I needed that specific item, please refund me the money I payed. No answer. Days go by with repeat emails. No answer. Very thankful I payed with paypal and they were able to recover my money. Would never recommend this company. AVOID LIKELY SCAM.

Received the order today, only one word to say about service team of Bharat Plaza 'Exceptional outstanding". Both Saree's look gorgeous from what showed on the web. Material, embroidery, color everything great. The service guys keep me in form the status and get my order before time which i mentioned to them. Once again thanks and hats off to all.

My experience with Bharatplaza products is very good. as I mostly purchase sarees and lehengas of their . brand is available everywhere and service is also awesome . bharatplaza many times give more than 70% offer and there are huge range of jeans and t-shirts . basic thing is all cloths and accessories of bharatplaza are unique and very much comfortable not much costly and always having heavy offers

This was my first time ordering from bharatplaza. Shipping was pretty quick, and I love the way they packaged the clothes. Everything was SO quality and cute. Right after trying everything on I had to find a way of writing a review because I am so excited about the things I got. Also, the sizing is pretty spot on. I wear a size small for most things, and everything I ordered fit perfectly. I definitely plan on shopping here in the future, my only regret is not ordering more

I have complained almost 5 times in the past two months stating that I didnt get my package. They give no direct replies. Just simple answers...like "ma'am we will send your order" but nothing happens. The customer service is horrible. Even if I call the number, a man who sounds like he has been sleeping answers (of course, there is a time difference from India to USA) but that was so unprofessional. I've spent $88 dollars online. I still have not received any direct replies with tracking or anything.

bharatplaza always gives excellent customer service, they follow up with email and phone calls to confirm measurements and all other issues that may come up. their products are so great with fobulos quality and every peace i ordered is so exactly like the pictures on their online store outfits are stunning and i have received many compliments when I wear them. i highly recommend bharatplaza for authentic indian clothing made to your measurements. thnx bharatpalza for everythink

These bastards have been dragging my refund claim for 4 months now and yesterday after I chatted with them they said because it's been over 60days its not possible to give me a refund!! Seriously how are you still in business?? Please PLEASE stay away! I have lost $140 and 4 months of my life chasing them for a $35 refund that they said they would give me and I accepted and then they kept saying not possible. I wish I had paid by Paypal now but they convinced me not to. Don't do that..EVER!
