Service very good, my item got lost in the post and big safety were prompt in returning my call and immediately sent me a new order,
Parcel arrived two days later. Happy with purchase!

Item took 14 days to arrive so I called Big Safety and spoke with Todd Saunders who was very pleasant to deal with and promptly followed up and sent through my tracking form to show that it had been sitting at the post office for the last 4 days and the post office failed to put a package card in my Po Box.

I received exactly what I wanted in time to give to my daughter for Christmas. Dog coat was a great fit i.e. med for a cavalier

I ordered mask - was advised they had run out and would get next order in mid January. It is now 26/1 - still waiting for the mask.

I dealt with a guy called Todd. He was fantastic!! He was friendly, knowledgable and provided me with great advice and excellent service. Please ensure Todd is commended for his great customer service!!! I received the products, delivered same day. Now that is impressive!! Doesn't happen much any more these days so that is a big plus for Bigsafety in terms of service and customer confidence.

Your selected courier (ultimately Ross Freight) only delivers in my area Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was not here when they first tried to deliver the package, so I arranged for them to deliver it on their next trip out here. The courier did not show up, and Ross Freight told me the delivery driver had broken down and so did not make it the area. I ultimately went and picked it up from a warehouse in Newcastle. In the end it took over a week and a half for me to gain possession of the package (and if posted with Australia Post it would have taken 1-2 working days).

Because of the issues in getting the product delivered, I would be hesitant to purchase from you again using the same delivery procedure. Perhaps you could provide an option to choose a courier who comes to the area more often/reliably or use Australia Post, etc.

Still not received order yet and been over 3 weeks. Followed it up and they tried to help but seem to have got 'bored' of doing this and not replied to my emails. Advised it would arrive 2 days ago and still nothing. spent over $300 and very disappointed. Strongly recommend against using this company, if you want something urgently, unable to answer on product at this stage, won't use them again though.

I ordered two boxes of P2 masks because bushfire smoke, and when they came back from their end of year shut-down they immediately got in contact saying that the volume of orders outstripped their existing supply and asking if I wanted a refund or to wait an extra week when they'd receive more stock. I happily waited the extra week because their communication was so good.

Not impressed ...... Sent an order on the 9th of July, On the 22nd i sent a follow up to inquire on my order, which is late due to supplier. Would of been nice to received an update from Bigsafety regarding the delay in my order

I would have preferred to have my order delivered by Australia Post, with a card left in my mail box for me to pick up parcel from Australia Post local post office at West Ryde. Reason is that I live in security building unit on the top floor and I keep odd hours.

I love the hat but the toggle string on one side came away from the hat the first time I tried to wear it.. Fair enough all I needed to do was thread it back through and then tie a knot in it but still - seems a bit less than optimal when someones selling safety gear.
