The consultants who worked with me (Marta and Peter Steen) on the production of various documentation were skilled, experienced and efficient in the way they conducted themselves. We have only minimal experience with the Advice Line so however those responsible managers have reported a professional and prompt service.

Everything was great although with my bright HR phone training, i feel it should be at least 45 mins not 30 mins as it wasn't long enough if you had questions

Professional and easy to understand help to my query, it is a fast and reliable service and the clarificaton of the HR issues I was having will be a great info to help the business in the future.

Although the information being delivered was not normally part of our day to day activities, it was conveyed to us well, and in an understandable manner.

We thank them for their patience and time.

Your rep had told me that all would be done for me, that I wouldn't have to do much at all, I explained to him that I am very time poor and not good with paper work and reading etc. He ensured me that I wouldn't have to do much at all and that I would be fully compliant after 3 weeks of signing up.
He was a very good at re-ensuring me that it would all be looked after and that it would be all done for me, (that's what attracted me to this program) I am very disappointed and feel very mislead, he was selling a product he couldn't deliver, as I now see I need to do a lot of this work my self. I contacted the sales rep and he ensured me again that it all should be done for me and was going to meet up with me and sort this out. Still waiting.

Your program is 4 times more expensive than the one I had in place, so I was expecting that it would all be done for me with regular visit keeping my work shop compliant and up to date. (All taken care of)

I need this program to be what was promised to me or I need out.

Call Staff are terrific and efficient and the one on one meetings are informative and very helpful. Wonderful job.

Marta was very thorough with her appraisal of our current polices, procedures and employment contracts, however the contracts that were re-written were not what we agreed to and discussed on the day. There are serious sections missing and if we were to roll these contracts out we would be left in a very vulnerable position, which is rather alarming. Our current agreements are a far more workable and solid. Very disappointed as our first experience with Employsure.

I felt reassured and comfortable that each and every one of my million questions were answered with a smile and patience. Al made it clear that it was a priority of his to give me all the assistance and information he could so that I could fully understand the agreement I had entered into. I am looking forward to utilizing this service through the years to help to make my businesss (that I love) strong and completely compliant.

Peace of mind for a small business owner who has a million other things to worry about.

I was greatly impressed by the knowledge of the consultant and how she made it easy for us to come up to the required level, ensuring the protection of us as employers and also the well being of our staff.

Some aspects of the service were very good, but I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks on some information that was promised and I have had to call them to find out why the delay has occurred, I'm not happy with a further delay now... not quite what I expected from the promise of 24 hours care and ease of contact....

I have found the consultants to be very knowledgeable on the employment matter the only thing I would say is that it would be a lot better to be able to discuss a particular case with the same person each time or at least have one contact person for that particular case as i found it quite frustrating having to either repeat myself on the particular case time line or be on hold for up to 20 mins while the consultant read the file.

As a business owner for 26 years, I did not know that they are so many compliance's that you have to be up to date with.Luckily I accidently came across an add for employsure & rang up to ask a question about staff issues and now they have saved the company a lot of money & myself & family a lot of stress. You just do not know when major issue's will arise with the business & staff you think you can trust.

I just personally wanted to provide some feedback to Employsure for the service and time provided to our organisation by Taylor McCubbin. His service was impeccable! Answered all my questions with proficiency and provided sound advice for our business during these unprecedented times.
