Stay away!!! Stay away!!!! No Guarantee you will receive your tickets!!! Bought 4 tickets 2weeks before event. Was sent tickets to WRONG event!? Called and was told "Sorry but they are NOT our tickets. We don't sell tickets" WHAT!? Never received tickets and took 2weeks to get my money back!!

I tried to purchase two Dodgers tickets from these losers, and they "Pre-authorized" my card, meaning that they took the money out of my account. They refused to tender the tickets,but encouraged me to try again because of some computer glitch. When they couldn't jam me up for more money, they refused the transaction. The customer service people are the most despicable that I have ever experienced, and they are all the way in CT. The business is run out of a MailBox Etc. in the San Fernado Valley. The owner of this company must be a complete jerk. The employees are doing real damage! Several people are starting to complain about them: It doesn't take long. Use Mark's tickets instead, their customer service has respect for customers and some class. Bigstub is a big joke!

Was left until hours before a game with no tickets. Support little to no help. You receive two emails from BigStub explaining you will get another email with your mobile tickets. The third email comes from another source which is not identified for you. Fees are higher than competitive brokers and not disclosed until you pay.

Bought tickets for my wife on J-Lo, bud suddenly place and DATE has been changed. I will be travelling from Russia and can't change my flight just because of someone decide to move events. I do understand that it's not BigStub fault, but they provide serice which i can't count on in the future. Unfortunately BigStub can't do refund because concert wasn't cancelled, just moved. How come guys?

I am extremely disappointed in BigStub. I purchased 2 Box seats for the Miami Tennis Open one month in advance. Less than 1 week prior to the day I bought tickets for, they emailed me saying the was a 'technical oversight' and my tickets were no longer available but they could provide me other tickets in a different section (not box seats). I have hotel and flts reservations for this event, so cancelling was not a good option for me. I called within 24 hours of this email arriving. Once on the phone with me they now say they dont have those tickets either but could give me seats even further away. This was just a pure and simple 'bait and switch'. Their website says '100% guarantee worry free' - that is a pack of lies. They eventually provided section in sec 209...a far cry from courtside box seats and a bit of a refund. Extremely disappointed. This was going to be a special weekend. When it seems 'too good to be true' know that you are right! Never using them again!!!

First time bigstub user. Found off a link on Craigslist, so was a tad skeptical at first. Everything seemed legit- and it was! We got great seats, under face, delivered faster then stated (all with tracking) bigstub will always be my first go to for tickets now.

How do you order tickets, send a confirmation email, then cancel the following day? Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the terrible customer service. Wait on hold for 45 minutes only to speak to an extremely rude representative. Can't say I'm surprised. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs. "Hi, We are attempting to follow up regarding your order for Adele tickets. Unfortunately, your order #19233200 could not be fulfilled as originally intended. This may be for a number of different reasons including problems with the lack of availability of the tickets you initially requested. Since your order could not be completed, your credit card has not been charged or you may be receiving a refund for your previous order. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Bought tickets from this company that were fradulous. Trying to get into the event and spent an hour on hold before finally getting someone on the phone. Then the customer service person says that there is nothing they can do. Horrible....will never use this illegitimate company again.

I just purchased tickets for what I thought was for the event but was for parking. The venue doesn't even have parking. This is an absolute shame. Why offer a service for something that doesn't even exist? Hopefully they're honest about refunding customers or this is a total fraud. Called and no one answered the phone.

Ticket agent called me prior to the show, met me exactly where I was told he would be. In the future, I will opt for electronic delivery if possible to avoid waiting. But to be clear, I have ZERO complaint about my first experience.

Thought that service and system was great. Fees are astronomically high, but probably not more that Ticketmaster (but that's why I never use Ticketmaster). Was able to find tickets being sold under face value so it still made sense to pay your fees, but the fees will definitely discourage me from being a repeat buyer. I realize this is a for-profit service, just seemed disproportionate. Thank you.

Needed tix to a sold out show. Paid double the original price, but tickets were emailed immediately and worked well at the event. I have already recommended to a friend and would use again for a sold out show!

Seats were awesome better than I imagined although I got a picture of where they were located! I was worried that I wouldn't be in row 12 but I was as the tickets stated before I purchased them. No Bait and switch. Thanks for your invaluable service. No more need to find SCALPERS.

Did not like the fees added as you checked out. Each page seemed to have more fees added. Seemed like deception not to just list the full price with all your various "fees" up front. Over $16 fees on a $51 ticket. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Great service, quick & easy - with great prices! The online tickets were available by the next morning (I ordered late at night) & my parking permit was mailed & got to me within about 2 days. I've already recommended the site to multiple people. Love it!

Excellent price and checkout procedures. My only complaint is that the seats available do not show seat numbers. This comes into play when deciding between seats, considering whether or not seats may be at the end of a row or in the middle of a row. It would be an excellent feature if in lieu of the seat numbers, you listed whether or not they were at the end of a row. Especially since I have to purchase seven tickets at one time.

So...overall, my experience was good. But I think they should say up-front there is a service fee tacked-on at the end. I wasn't informed of the service fee until I actually entered payment info. That made the transacrum seem a bit "shady".

I was very concerned as I don't buy tickets often and the price was the best but I had never heard of the company and was afraid I was buying fake tickets. I was still worried when we went to use them but YEAH they were legit!!! I have already recommended you and would start with you next time I am looking for tickets.

Having bad knees i'm not able to stand for the duration of a concert like back in the good old days. I've been able to find those tickets in the venues to where I don't have to stand. Thanks for your service.
