Due to a Bate n' Switch practice, Bikes Online did not deliver Deore Components as advertised.

Bikes Online boasts (but falsely claims) their 2021 Polygon Xtrade 6 comes with Deore Shimano Driveline and Brake components. After I received the bike, I did not recognize some of the components. Due to a Bate n' Switch practice, Bikes Online did not deliver Deore Components as advertised. When I researched the downgraded components, I found the Huffy bike (the cheapest bike in the world) uses the same components for $900 less than the $1000 I paid to Bike's Online. I guess they expected me to be as dumb as dirt and would accept the bike without noticing or complaining about what they did. No apologies from Bikes Online, no admission of wrong-doing, no resolution, and no customer concern or communications, whatsoever. They didn't bother to reply to my complaint, except to say the problem was resolved. What that resolution is, they never told me about it. Upon returning the bike, they’ll refund you less than you paid. And they say Free returns but you have to pay for the shipping. FREE?? They are dishonest, a rip-off, and frustratingly a waste of time. Stay Away! No matter how you interact with Bikes Online, YOU LOSE!!!!

I ordered my bike over a month ago I experienced shipping delays. FedEx lost my package they told me I needed to file a claim with bikes online. I responded to the service email bikes online sent to me that night it was sent. I have not had a reply from them for over a week. Garbage company with no regard for service. I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company because they will simply not respond to my numerous voicemails emails and dispute submissions on their website.

They Dropped the price on my Polygon n8 Siskiu 300.00 in less than a month after purchase. They said tough luck no refunds. Remember, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and there are no shortcuts in mountain bikes. Save your money, go to the local bike shop, get properly fitted and pay for a real name brand mountain bike like a trek, giant, etc. Bikes online gives you bargain components (Junk) and the geometry on the Polygons is absolutely horrible. The Bikes are super long but the handle bars are in your lap. They handle like trashcans and will most likely get you killed in the woods! No Joke. I can't unload this dog fast enough! POLYGON BIKES ARE CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY COMPANY!!!

It took a week I got my bike put it together and was riding 15min after I got it plus I could not find a bike with these parts any cheaper anywhere I got alot of bike for my money .I could not be happier

I spent hours upon hours comparing bike specs and prices, watching YouTube videos, and reading forums and came to the conclusion nothing came close to the value of the Polygon Sisku T7. The bike arrived (5 days) very well packed with out any blemishes. Assembly was the most straight forward of any bike I've ordered online, even included all the tools (with a basic torque wrench!) 1. Front wheel on, 2. install handlebars on stem, 3. install seat post, 4. send it on the trail! Everything was basically set up out of the box from the rear derailleur to the dropper post cable. The tires even had air in them and were ready to go. The front fork and rear shock were also aired up to exactly where I needed them. The quality and finish at this price point is insane, there really is no better deal out there right now. If your on the fence don't hesitate, buy it now and in a few days you'll be shredding the trails. Absolutely no regrets! Highly recommend. When it comes to buy another bike, bikesonline and Polygon will be the top of my list.

I recently purchased the Polygon Cascade 4.0 and so far I have been very pleased with the services and the product Bikes Online has produced. I purchased my bicycle a few days before their free helmet promotion but with a simple e-mail Serena had a helmet shipped my way free of cost. I will most certainly purchase more accessories and gear from here.
