Bought a hard case for my epiphone casino online as is the morm now with the Covid issue, advertised at $239, good price picked it up communication was excellent then I got it home and it had a tag on It saying sale price $229 ? But can’t complain the service was good although they could find the case when I first got there. Overall good experience

Billy Hyde has always been a great store to visit. We really like the drum dept where the staff in general and David Bailey in particular are knowledgeable, understanding and professional. Due to lockdown, we were unable to visit, so I ordered from the drum dept, online. One of the products I ordered was not in stock,but they informed me immediately and gave me an accurate, amended delivery time. The package arrived when advised, in time for my son's birthday. Great service, yet again and free postage! My son can't wait to return to the store once it's open again.....and neither can I !

This was my first experience with the new Billy Hyde and I have to say it was a very poor one. I understand that there were inventory discrepancies but the delivery time was really unacceptable. I’m very grateful to the manager who called me lay last week and straightened everything out very quickly for me, but the call centre that handles online orders is beyond hopeless.

I’d been trying to find an original Epiphone case for the Viola bass in WA. Asked one of the local music stores in Perth who tried to get one from their supplier but to no avail after nearly a month. Billy Hyde seemed to be the only place in Oz that had one in stock, so I ordered it from their online shop which was a breeze to navigate and pay. I was kept up to date with my order which arrived on time. Very happy with the service.

Ordered 2 cases, the first the staff went so as to do online research to make sure it was the right 1 for me. The second I ordered with the 12 hour delivery and it took less 6 to arrive at my place. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the right gear and all of it arrived perfectly

I ordered an item online only to realise (too late) an important notice to check with the store first as it was out of stock. I tried to call the following day, only to be updated that they have processed the order and will be shipped soon. They must have sorted it out by themselves without the need of me to call. Received the item on time. Well done!
