Please use another company! Do not buy from here please. Me and my husband ordered the Tianna shed (spent over 1.5k approx.) given multiple delivery dates which are then cancelled and re scheduled, when you are expecting a 14ft shed its not something we can just leave outside while we are at work so days off have been booked and wasted. 10 weeks since ordered. Expecting the generic response to this, as all the negative ratings have. Just be aware if you order, there is no customer service and everything is handled by external companies so if there is a problem don't expect a resolution. Here's hoping when we actually do get our product (which is still online offering 10 working day delivery...) it will be of good quality... Anyway will update if we get anything positive from BillyOh UPDATE - Try to question the service on FB - get deleted

I was annoyed to find the 'free delivery' did not apply to our postcode, guess living over the bridge in Wales is just too far but on phoning to enquire, given that 2 miles up the road would of been free delivery they still would not budge. £50 is a lot for that 2 miles.
That said after a couple of hours and a few swear words we had the BBQ put together and have to say its the best yet, absolutely over the moon with our mini cook station that has everything and the kitchen sink!! Have used it nearly every day since, just hope its a hot summer and we can live outdoors

Second order from Billyoh within a few weeks. Very pleased with the items both as described and very good value for money. Communication was excellent regarding delivery and items duly delivered as arranged.

Ordered a Sentry Box (Grande) it took about 4 weeks to arrive. All parts arrived in good condition, other an few knot holes in the door but a bit of wood filler sorted them out. Had to make some small cuts to the roof purling on both front and back to fit the T&G roof panel but other than that very straightforward to erect. Looks good and is good quality for the price. Comes with one coat of protection so I gave it 2 further coats before assembly.

My log cabin was delivered and unloaded on to my drive by the driver (contactless - as is the way now). He also contacted me well in advance with the likely time of arrival so I knew to expect him. Overall the whole process was efficient and without any hiccups.

This is the second shed from the same company as I’ve recently moved into a new home and my old one stayed at my old property.
Very impressed with the overall look and quality and really simple to build.
I like the fact it’s packaged really easy to carry into the back garden to assemble.
Would recommend the extra roof trusses.

Lovely 3 seater bench, so easy to put together, my husband did it on his own. BillyOh kept us informed constantly about delivery. Very impressed with workmanship. Also ordered a cover which is just right. We now just need more sun!!
Very impressed with the delivery man, who was friendly, professional and managed the very big box by himself - definitely ate his weetabix ????
Would definitely use the firm again.

BBQ received and took 4 hrs to assemble due to poor definition drawings with no dialogue. Once assembled as instructed fired up the bbq. 2 of the 4 gas burners in the drum of the product which came ready assembled had not been manufactured correctly and were not connected to the gas controls. When these burners were switched on the drum filled with gas creating a fire ball ignited by the 2 burners working correctly. Raised with company and no acknowledgement of health and safety issue and no refund until they can collect on 21 May although they said 5 to 7 days originally. Now being told I have to dismantle bbq! Why when easier to transport whole. Standard response when speaking to company and despite requests nobody from their transport division will speak to me.

Absolutely fabulous service, product was a lot cheaper than Amazon and arrived in a few days , a query I had was answered in minutes over the phone. Can't fault them know price, delivery or customer service

I would have given BillyOh a full five stars, the table and six chairs (Windsor 1.2m-1.6m 4/6 seat Rectangular Extending Set. Are of excellent quality, attractive and sturdy, on delivery of the set which was a very good, 2 days sooner than the estimated date i started to unpack the chairs one at a time and assembling them, of the six boxes 3 of them either had a broken or defective part all three parts were different components so was able to complete 5 of the six chairs, contacted BillyOh and they could not have been more helpful, within 4 days I had a complete replacement chair, so a full five stars for your after sales service and would happily use you again.

Bought a Hunstsville 4 burner bbq. Opened the item and inspected the parts. The qualit was shocking. To start there was no film on the stainless steel hood which was covered in marks. Counted 22 scuffs and marks on corners, some were already rusting. The main good didn’t line up properly leaving a big gap in one corner. These seem to be bought in from China and the quality is shocking. The worst part was the customer service after. I was on hold for around 45 mins, then I got a foreign sounding guy who when I got round to explaining the problem he put the phone down. I rang back, waited in a 20 min que then got the same guy, after i asked him why he put the phone down, he then pretended the line was bad and put the phone down again! Unreal. I did a lot of research and bought with this company as they were local, but avoid at all costs. Shocking products

I bought rattan garden set 1.5 year ago and it's already corroded. Seats are made from cheap metal and despite using the set only couple of months a year and storing furniture in the shed over winter , all metal joints are corroding now. One of our seater broke in the middle and we cannot use it anymore. Very poor quality and would no recommend neither will buy from them again.

BillyOh Bunny Max Tower Playhouse

Delivery Date : 8th April 2020

Warning: Dangerous to children!
Nails slammed through the wood into the play area during production of panels.
Safety rails poorly built and full of splinters, one shove and they will collapse.
Sags in the middle and the door will not close when a child is on the deck, so needed to have longer and more substantial sections of wood fitted to correct this.
Door closures are a danger to child's fingers on both sides.
Poorly built and won't last long!

ADDENDUM: No replacement parts were accepted on the 28th April as they were also poorly assembled by the manufacturer. The driver put them back on the truck after I inspected them. No contact from the manufacturer after they received those items back at the factory!
As for the mentioned EN71 regulations, before Billy Oh make references to the way I assembled the door (there is a large gap all around the door but children can still trap their fingers) perhaps they could explain how nails poking into the play area (I have a full set of photos of the poorly manufactured items) is allowed under the EN71 regulations.
Poorly manufactured and obviously no quality control either!

Where do I start ridge beam missing sourced my own no instructions driver told me they where in pack extra trusses in pack where soaking wet good job it was extra sunny windows are really thin Perspex two were cracked but they did replace had to fill and sand some panels holes in them now more panels are starting to split have been told this is normal just read your reply everyone who gave a bad Review you have replied with sport but we seem to have lost your order you are a joke

I Purchased a BBQ July 2019, the first time i got out of storage this year moving across the patio on wheels that they supplied and they broke off, at first after many a long phone calls they promised to send the replacements but then came the following:

We are really sorry for this inconvenience. Again as stated in our Terms and Conditions the warranty does not extend to damage caused by post-purchase transportation, careless handling or damage caused by misuse or modification or any act of nature. You can purchase spare parts to our sales team if the parts you require are available.
So it looks like you cannot use the wheels for post purchase transportation
order number BS109194
so it looks like claim under consumer protection act as the wheels supplied are not fit for purpose.
Billyho did contact me and we got the parts however not the ones we required
