The reason why l gave them 5 stars because l need to purchase key for the filing cabinet that l purchased, they replied immediately giving me the information l required, telling me how to get the correct key number of the key l required, by sending that information, they informed me what l needed to do, which was simple and they requested the money which l sent via my Amazon Account, and they arrived within three days of getting this information. I certainly would recommend this company to anyone who requires keys for their filing cabinet. The staff certainly gave 100%.

I ordered a 15 drawer Bisley file cabinet in a teal blue. Waited ages for it as I think they make them to order but I love it, sure beats ugly box files.They outsource another company to deliver it and because of its size it was arranged for them to unpack and position it. All more or less went to plan except for a slight hitch when he put it in upside down which he didn't notice until I pointed this out.
Unfortunately after he left I checked it over more closely and it has been dented on one corner but I can't see this where it is positioned.
I have contacted them and attached photos and am waiting to see what can be done, rather reluctant to wait all over again for a replacement so maybe some money back instead.

I ordered a 2 drawer filing cabinet in white for my home and accepted that as it was made to order, it would take 3 weeks. However I had to add another full week once it was ready as the courier had no space on the van!
It was packed in cardboard, but the metal sides were not covered and I noticed 6 small dents on the left side, so was not happy. As I'd waited so long already I did accept it and apart from this, it looks good and the drawers run smoothly.
Why make such a good product then ruin it for the sake of better packaging? This was expensive, not for an office but my home and I had expected better.
Please listen this time Bisley, as I see several such comments on Feefo which seem to have been ignored.

I ordered 2 replacement locks from Bisley Direct and only received 1 lock in 2 packets with no instructions. When I contacted customer services they told me the lock had been updated and a video would be out shortly how to fit them as they differed slightly from the old lock as in they didn't need nuts on the back of them anymore. They said they would send out a further complete lock.

Lovely draw set (9 draws), perfect colour worth waiting to get the one I wanted made to order, great service, delivery guys were fab. Will return to buy again as soon as the restrictions lift. Keep heart, you are doing great.

delivery exceptionally fast, prompt responses in email, prompt phone call after placing order to send partial shipment next day to check and make sure the shelving fit properly- probably one of the best experiences we have had purchasing online

Order processed quickly and received notification it was shipped however.........UPS still not delivered 4 days layer as apparently they cannot find us even though they come to the building several times a week delivering to our clients and I have had 2 deliveries myself from them.....wasting time now chasing the order.

First cabinet ordered arrived damaged and the driver refused to take it back as we have already signed for it.
Second replacement cabinet was delivered intact but to the wrong address as driver claimed to be unable to find the loading bay

Considering the site said 20/30 days for an Orange cabinet I got two within 10!!! First one was unfortunately damaged by the carriers and a replacement was sent out after a couple of emails....with no quibbling whatsoever so I ended up with two for the price of one!!!

It would have been 5 stars if the website ordering process had clearly explained that this was a "made to order" item, and would take several weeks.

And amazingly, your 1 hour delivery window started 1 minute after I opened the email (having been away for several days)!

I was looking for Bisley filing cabinets in purple which Bisley did not have on their website. I found them on Ebonium but wondered how this firm could sell them when Bisley didn't!
I phoned Bisley who assured me that Ebonium were an authorised distributor and I went ahead and placed an order.
Me and the recipient of the item were absolutely delighted. My order arrived within a short time of ordering it and was very well packaged, Inspection of the small 5 drawer cabinet showed that it was flawless. The usual Bisley high quality - this product will outlive me!
Very happy with the service from Ebonium and would definitely use again.

Unlike some companies who only process payment once they are ready to ship your goods I was charged immediately and then had to wait some weeks before the goods were ready for delivery. The quality of the cabinet that I bought is excellent but delivery was the old fashioned ‘we’ll be there on a day, take it or leave it’. The world has changed!

Hi
We got a text to say they would be here the next day between 2-5 and that they would call us ahead to let us know when. In fact they turned up at 1.45 without calling but that was no problem.
The delivery men were respectful of coming up our neighbours drive and were polite. Initially I said I would unpack the cabinet myself but when they asked me to sign a non return form I asked them to unpack the cabinet.
This was no problem to them and they competed the delivery in a couple of minutes including putting the cabinet in the corner of the office as I asked.
