For the high amount of fees charged, I expected help as a new crypto investor. Instead, all I heard was "the powers that be say no". I felt harrassed, not helped I found another company to handle my investments .

I feel abandoned with not enough money to retire on. You guys keep teasing your clients with emails of promises that BTC and other alt coins are the way to go. Well all of the money I have for retirement is with bitcoin IRA and I'm not happy the way it is going.

Employees are very nice, but they charge fees for everything. Not to mention, they charge you an inflated rate to purchase Bitcoin and when you sell, they give you a much lower rate. I brought up the fact that their Buy and Sell prices were 'different' and they said that they'd 'look into it'. Check the difference between their Buy and Sell prices... They are not up front with the many ways they make money off of you and unfortunately for me, i found out the hard way -after i was already 'in'. If i had to do it again, i'd go another route.

I have scheduled two separate calls with a Bitcoin IRA rep, the latest of which was supposed to be with John Candy. No one has called me at the scheduled date and time. The purpose of my scheduled call was to discuss two transactions that are still pending. These pending transactions are preventing me from making trades on-line.

I had earlier spoken with ? and he was supposed to get ahold of me to determine whether I could open an account paying with money order(s) Second question, my partner has $2K in a retirement account of some form that has to be rolled over into another IRA. Can you open an account with this amount if it comes out of a retirement transfer?

I felt the fee schedule was very misleading and worded so that when I added more money to my account , I was hit with higher fees than I believed even after going to the fee schedule and reading it. I complained and they reduced my fees but I believe they need to clarify how they charge. I can see a setup fee when you open an account, but when you add money to an existing acct, they hit you up with high fees again.

Opening a new account was extremely slow and painful. Cost me $1000+ as BTC price rose while I fought through opening and funding my account. BitcoinIRA staff were beyond fantastic, helpful, and apologetic the whole time. It was the required process that stunk.

Overall rating is only "fair", mainly because your fees are too high. I probably won't be putting an more money into that account because of the fees. Still waiting for a resolve to the issue with getting the 20% discount on my initial signup fee since I watched your webinar (12.5%). Haven't heard back yet from your office.

When you contact a company by email and a co-founder contacts you to make certain you are cared for, it just doesn't get any better than that. Chris helped me tremendously with my setup and funding questions and I couldn't be happier.

Superb support throughout the transition. From information gathering to transition of funds to investment selection, bitcoinira always answered my questions and provided superior support. The kept me well informed and the security to the account and site is impeccable. I fully trust this program and the system is exactly what I was looking for in trust and security of my funds.

I worked with a terrific guy who guided me through the process of switching to a Roth IRA. He was attentive and enthusiastic. He suggested I diversify my Portfolio and I did that. As I prepare for my fabulous wealth, I am grateful to have a diverse portfolio in my IRA! Thank you!

I just ask that I eventually get called back. Bitcoin is vulnerable and unstable compared to stocks. That is good, but the concern over BTC being a Kangaroo market right now is real. I have strong hands but it's nice to discuss it every now and then. It's been vulnerable this last week or so. I think it will be ok though.

All of the guys I had to deal with are knowledgeable, helpful, with incredible patience and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. The interface is easy to work with and my only comment is that the fees are a bit high.

I schedule a call two days before because I kneed my account to get verified. No one ever called me on the schedule date and time . So I took upon myself to call your company. The rep that helped me out stated that my account was assigned to someone else . He contacted the rep assigned to me and he was busy but said he would call me back . That never happen no phone call or follow up .

When I was going to get my Bitcoins and gold I was confused and he wasn't very much help, after hanging up I got a call back and they apologized to me and got me back on track which I was happy about now they apologized and said the guy that was helping me was new

My experience with Bitcoin IRA has been exactly what I expect from a premium service provider. I have had a few small issues and questions but all were handled quickly and professionally by real people who are available and capable of actually getting things done. I am a happy camper.

So far, your customer service is NONEXISTENT. I reached out to both the support email and my account rep to address an issue about the initial funding of my account. It has been 10 days and I have heard from neither. Plus, it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that it could take up to 2 weeks for money to move from the cash reserves in my existing 401K to the new BitCoin IRA account. I filled in the online paperwork 10 days ago and my account still isn't funded, and I've missed gains in the bitcoin price as a result. You are charging a HUGE percentage to move money into the account, and now I've missed a price move that could have made up ffor those fees.

It was amazing. I am a 68 year old, and a newbie in cryptocurrency and buying/trading in it. BitcoinIRA was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in setting up my account online. I am very pleased with their service and commitment to customer service and providing an excellent platfor to use.
