Customised items were not delivered at all following *8 weeks* of confusion (production delays, incorrect shipping notifications etc..) and missed the event they were meant for.

**10 weeks** and many emails later I am strictly only given the choice between 1. Start production again or 2. Receive Bizay credit to my account. Despite rejecting the credit, I was then informed I was given the credit and the matter was considered resolved...

This was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to make claims with my bank to get my money back.

Do not rely on Bizay for timely delivery or reasonable service. Can't comment on product quality because I never received it!

17 days after making the purchase and paying extra for the fast shipping, I did not receive the product I ordered, I waited another 3 days for a response from customer service to find out that they detected an operational anomaly in my order whatever that means. In my opinion they are scammers. I am going to report this to my bank to get my money back. I would advise against using this company.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I made my first order with them, which never arrived.

What happened next is, quite frankly, unbelievable. I received an email informing me that they had verified delivery of my order. I informed them right away that I had not and the fun and games began.

Back and forth, nothing but canned responses (in broken English) and what I now realise was purposeful delays in resolving this issue.

When it became clear that this company had no intention of providing me with the order I paid for, I requested a refund.

They have refused, giving me "loyalty credit" in my "customer account". I am a business owner, I did not order business stationary for fun. I was left in a tricky spot without the order and required a refund.

If something goes wrong, you will spend endless time chasing them around, and they will refuse point blank to resolve your issues.

As they have broken UK consumer law, I have reported them to UK Trading Standards. Be aware that you are also unable to unsubscribe from their email communications, as (in breach of GDPR), the unsubscribe link leads to a page where you a "customer loyalty account!"?

Avoid Bizay at all costs, they are a cowboy outfit

Ordered business cards on 21st Jan to be delivered on 4th Feb. Contacted them on 3rd Feb to check if it was still arriving on the 4th (checked the status on the website and it said ‘.processing’) and got a standard reply that my order will be with me on the 4th. 4th Feb and nothing arrived so I emailed them again and got told that couriers are experiencing delays . It was a lie as they gave me tracking number and order hadn’t even been posted. So contacted them again... they apologised and said order will be with me soon . Today is the 9th and still nothing . Sent another email . What a waste of time , totally rubbish and annoying! Will not be ordering from them again !!!!

Bizay is a waste of money. What I ordered is not what I get. Too tiny prints compared to what I saw on the demo. Very cheap paper texture and poorly cut to sizes. I have no choice than to reorder my business cards elsewhere. Very poor customer service and worst ever delivery company. I had to wait for almost two weeks after the postman first attempt to deliver to my door step. No I Miss You Card and no information about the whereabout of my order. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Avoid at all cost. Complete scam. I ordered at the start of January. Delivery hasn’t come. They have given me a fake tracking number. No number on their website to call customer service and they avoid to answer any questions on where my delivery is or give me a full refund. They emailed me the day before my parcel was due and said there was a problem and to get In contact with the courier. They have no care for their customers. I’m reporting them to both trading standards and my bank.

Completely worthless. I placed an order for which I paid a lot of shipping costs to receive the products within a week. I have only received part of the order. Now BIZAY says the rest is with TNT. Well, I contacted TNT and Bizay didn't even give the rest of my order. You cannot reach Bizay by phone either. When you send them email they just don't respond 9 out of 10 times. Extremely disappointing complaint handling. I did get emails from them a few times asking if I wanted to give a review. They do want one to leave a review, but if you want to give a 1 star rating, it will not be accepted by their system. You can only give 5 stars. I don't even think this company is worth 1 star! still haven't gotten my car magnets 2 weeks later.

I have found the "support uk" very… I have found the "support uk" very unhelpful. Having used Bizay's designers for my piece of work and having paid for it, I was unable to click on the final botton, i got a few responses back like try from a computer, change your brower and then finally the button starting working. Its taking more than 7 days to get the design sorted and my delivery date has moved from 27 feb to 9 march. I will like for this to be fully invesigated. This is no way to treat a customer.
