Cleaners were ok not great, did not take any effort in cleaning beyond the areas visible, but worst is that when they went on leave for over 6 weeks without a refill I called admin staff and she was so rude & blaming me for not asking refill! Very rude in handling customers.

I have used Eaglemont Bizzi Beez for nearly 7 years and I would be lost without them. They have looked after my home so well and the cleaning standard is excellent.

After returning to full time work with three children it was soon apparent that I needed a weekly cleaner. A friend put me onto Bizzi Beez and I haven't looked back. A great company to deal with and a quality job done every time. I just have someone come in once a week and sometimes fortnightly. I can highly recommend Bizzi Beez if your looking for a cleaner.

I did not receive the service I was quoted $100for. The cleaner arrived late, absolutely stunk of cigarettes. I was told in my initial msg that solutions would be provided, which weren't. She asked for specific cleaning items instead of just using my products, which I then stupidly went out and purchased. The cleaner they sent could not even clean my kitchen benchtops. I sent a msg to raise my issues whilst cleaner still here, was told we just sent out a substitute cleaner and she is probably tired because she works nights. I ended it with paying her full amount to just leave. Busy Beez have blocked me from fb as they clearly don't like or want constructive feedback.

Booked cleaners for first thing Monday morning as we were moving into our new house that week and wanted to give it a once over before we moved in. They were supposed to be there at 8am, hadn't arrived by after 9 so called to see what happened. Wasn't given any information over the phone so told them not to bother coming. Found Someone else. Had a woman call me a little while later trying to send them out again, told her not to worry as I'd already found someone else. She wasn't all that impressed.

Pretty crappy way to run a business.

recommended by a friend of mine, I have used Bizzi Beez for about one and a half years now. Very impressed with their cleaning services. The cleaners are very polite, professional and highly experienced. They always arrive on time and work quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption. I have my cleaning done once a week and the price they quote me is affordable too. Highly recommend it.

I contacted Bizzi Beez to set up a fortnightly clean at my mothers house as she is recovering from hospital. They have been brilliant, very respectful and left the house looking perfect every time. Thankyou BizziBeez!!

After 5 years of being a loyal customer, Bizzi Beez decided to increase my house clean by $45 from $125 to $165! No additional work required, just a significant increase. When I called to question the increase, I received very poor customer service. "Take the quote or leave it" - I was told over the phone. I would not recommend anyone uses this company.

Cleaner damaged my home by swinging vacuum cleaner around and chipping paint off door frames, then denied causing the damage. Followed by storming out once I pointed out the damage and declaring 'he quits'. Called head office to complain and had to deal with Don who was very condescending, rude and would hardly let me get a word in. Don went on to tell me that the cleaner did not damage my home because "he said he didnt'. What a joke, Don handled this very unprofessionally. He could have chosen to reassure me that they will arrange another team to clean my home and claim the damages through their insurance (ah yes, the little thing called insurance – I do believe that’s what it is there for). There web site claims they are insured !! Go elsewhere, these guys are super expensive and first sign of any problem are very rude. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

I have used Bizzi Beez now for 3 months after having a back injury and cant clean myself. I am very happy with the cleaners they gave me and they are very helpful with the little extra things I ask. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have been such a great help to my recovery. I am in the Hawthorn area.
