Michelin Cross Climate Tyres

I have booked these tyres and had them fitted in the local garage which was very easy and i felt that the deal was very good. I thought they would do the wheel balancing but it was not done.

One of the tyres sent to my local garage had a fault so needed to be replaced. It was inconvenient to have another appointment 3 days later to have this second tyre fitted rather than getting both tyres fitted on the same day.
However, customer service were quick to deal with the problem.
It would not put me off using Blackcircles again.

Great product and easy to order. However, fitting delayed twice, once because the fitting garage couldn't honour the day and time booked during the purchase process, and then again because there was a delay in delivering my tyre to the garage thereafter. Disappointing. Other than that, all OK.

Great service and good price.
The reason I scored it 4 was because when I booked it offered availability for fitting the next day on the Saturday or Monday. But Black circles contacted me after booking to say that the Saturday slot wasn’t available, and first available slot was Tuesday. They don’t deliver over the weekend so the tyre would be delivered on Monday and fitting could be carried out Tuesday. I think the website is misleading and I possibly wouldn’t have booked if I’d known I’d have to wait till Tuesday.

The experience from start to finish was outstanding. The 2 blokes that dealt with me were very professional and very good at what they do. I left my car with them and within 15mins I had a phone call to let me know my car was all done. The price was the best I found too. They inspected my other tyres and give me advice but didn't push for a sale which a lot of other places do. A very good choice and I will only use these guys from now on

Easy to choose and order from the website. I have two small children and it’s difficult to get out of the house, so the home fitting service was really convenient. The fitter was great - prompt, polite and efficient. Have used before and will definitely use in future.

I would highly recommend Blackcircles and will definitely use them again! However, check out the garage's reviews before you book. My garage, Portsmouth Exhaust and Tyre Services (PETS) totally destroyed my locking wheel nut key, charged me extra to replace my locking nuts with standard ones and left me with 2 other wheels I can't remove with the wheel nut key. Instead of owning up though, they said the key was too worn. Oddly, I replaced the wheels only 4 days before and it was perfectly okay. So yes, use Blackcircles but if you're in Portsmouth, avoid PETS!

The average score was given due to a 2 week delay/ 3 cancellations in completing my order. Once the tyres were received they were installed to my satisfaction. I have feedback directly to the company to hopefully improve their service.
I must add that I have used them in the past with no problems and would use them again.

I've had tires from black circles on a few occasions for a number of different types of car and they never fail to impress on the range offered and the prices. I used the fitters at Handforth Dean near Wilmslow. The service from the lads at the garage was great. I'll keep using them until somebody beats them on quality, service and price.

Good prices with a choice of garages so you can pick a favourite if it's in the list, which mine was. Only downside was some confusion over additional items. I chose to have my tracking checked and paid for it online with the tyres. Garage were unaware that this now an option and their price was slightly less than what BC charged. Otherwise a good experience, remember to do Quidco too !

I checked prices with Kwikfit which were really silly then I was recommended Blackcircles and decided to give it a try. Saved a fair amount and gave it a try. The guys at ATS fitted them with no issues and no long wait. I'm new to buying online but found this simple to use and did exactly what was required. Thanks blackcircles

I ordered 4 tyres on 11 February and you delivered them to ATS Euromaster London Road East Grinstead with a prearranged fitting time of 15.00hrs on 14 February.
I arrived at 14,55hr and reported to ATS. Having inspected the tyres and satisfied myself that all was good then the ATE tyre fitter got on with the necessary work in hand. I sat and waited in there waiting room wheretea and or coffee were supplied to waiting customers. Some time later I was asked to sign for the tyres that had been supplied and fitted. I then did my own personal inspection and all seemed good. Got into my vehicle and drove away.
Vehicle drives and feels good and safe on the road and I happy with my purchase.

I drive a BMW F30 335D XDrive and original tyres supplied on the car from new were Bridgestone RFT that I always thought were a bit noisy. I decided to swap out for Goodyear F1s Assymetric 2s RFT and what a difference so much quieter and much better feel to the car when cornering. Definitely sticking with these tyres in future.

Easy to purchase and arrange fitting with choice of dates and times to suit me at my home.
I needed to amend my order (didn’t need al 4 tyres) and this was handled seamlessly by blackcircles along with refund which was given promptly. 10/10 for service and fitting

I had three tyres changed recently. After inspection one of the dust cap were missing I had to go back and ask for it.

There were a lot greases left behind of the rim of the tyres and rim. I had to clean it up when I get home

The tyre fitter ATS Euromaster in Barrhead I booked cancelled my weekend slot the day before and moved it to the following Tuesday. No really good enough that is it? There's a reason I booked it at the weekend which is that I work weekdays. Thankfully, after phoning Blackcircles to complain I was given a space at Tradeston Performance and the guys there sorted my tyre in 10 minutes. I'd suggest getting shot of ATS from your list if this is the kind of stuff they pull regularly.

Very easy to Navigate the site..couldn't seem to find a better price..speed of service was second to none.
I must admit that through my own fault when i went to my then favoured tyre service i had ordered the wrong tyres..
One phone call to black circle and the Lady on the other end couldn't have been more polite and helpful..
My tyres..the correct tyres were delivered the very next day..
Well done black circle..
