I’m very happy with the price and the delivery time, the roses and lilies were beautiful once I arranged them in my red vase. My wife loved them . I will recommend this arrangement to anyone.

I ordered an arrangement for Christmas for my boss. So many options but I especially like the florist choice delivery option because I am not a flower lover. Super easy and lots of arrangements.

Ordered the day before Valentine's day at around 2:00 pm... flowers were delivered at 9:00 am on Valentine's Day! This was an easy experience, an amazing job! Flowers are beautiful and my wife is super happy!

I found a great deal on 2 Dozen roses with a vase and they were able to deliver the flowers on the day I wanted. I am very pleased with the experience I had with Bloomex.

I ordered flowers for mothers day. They delivered a handful of random flowers with a vase in the bottom of the box. it was NOTHING like the picture on their website and NOT what I paid for. I emailed company. I saw 357 complaints to BBB (and that's just in Alberta). TOO bad I didn't do some research. DON"T ever order from this place.

I have not received flowers despite paying in excess of $20 for expedited shipping

They did not deliver flowers on time and I sitll don't have my order

Only customer service option is an online chatbot that doesn't even work

Phone and email services not available until AFTER the weekend.

This company is 100% untrustworthy

I placed my order in April and requested to have it delivered the day before Mothers Day to make sure it arrived on time.
It never arrived and still has not arrived. I tried 4 times to communicate with them via live chat, no help at all. I tried calling them and have now left 2 voice mails and also sent an email. No one is responding! But they took my money.

I ordered a gift basket with a week in advance to make sure that it was delivered in time for my friend's birthday. I understand that I made a typo on her phone number, but at soon as I realized that (in the early hours of the delivery date - Monday, May 4th) I called and fixed that mistake. I was told that the package would be delivered on the same day, and here we are a week later (May 11) and I received an e-mail saying that I was going a $44.79 credit from an order that cost me $61.58 because apparently they gave up on delivering. I had to call daily trying to understand what was going on, and the lack of internal communication left me flabbergasted. I got so many false information it's unethical. For instance, on Thursday (7th) I received an email saying that the gift basket had been delivered on May 5th - a lie. I called my friend, she spoke to everyone in her house, and no one received anything! I asked over and over what the issue was since I kept receiving the information that no one was home and that she wasn't answering her phone number. Guess what, we're all quarantined, stuck at home every single day, and my friend did not receive any phone calls. Now, not only am I losing about 20 bucks, but I am stuck with a company that I don't trust and that I have no interest in buying from ever again. It feels like they are taking advantage of a situation where we are all extremely vulnerable and I'm appalled.

Ordered mothers day flowers on May 1st, 2020 - THEY NEVER DELIVERED THEM!

Can't get a hold of anyone there via phone or their website.

I ordered flowers for Mother's day, and they never came. I was hoping to surprise my Mother this Sunday so made sure I ordered the flowers 2 days ahead of time. I waited all day but, they never showed up. I paid 67.00$ for this bouquet, it's been 24 hours passed the delivery expectation and she still doesn't have her Mother's day flowers. Will never use this company again and will be warning others not to use them as well. What a disappointment. Sorry Bloomex let you down, Mom.

I ordered Mother's Day Flowers ahead and saw that they said that the delivery would be between the 10th and the 12th. I thought it would still be a surprised even a day late but I didn't think that the flowers would be ready on the Friday and sent to Purolator on the same day (Friday) but only to be delivered on Monday!!! So of course half of the flowers were ruined by the time my mother received them! I assumed that they would be made on the same day that they would be delivered! Obviously it is the delivery's fault but a waste of my $75!!!

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day but on the day they send me an email stating that flowers will be delivered the following two days instead. Two days after mothers day. That beats the point. Why even order then? I sent several emails before hand and tried to chat online to no avail. Absolutely terrible service. Don’t promote mothers day or other events of this nature if you cant deliver on time. I had several friends with the same issue. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered roses for my girlfriends 50th birthday party on Saturday may 9th. It was delivered on the Friday before when she was not here. I recorded on my outside camera a young man delivering them, they fell over he walked away. The vase had no water. I called to complain on the same Friday that they delivered them a day earlier when it clearly states for the Saturday on my invoice. These roses were very old all had bloomed .The girl I spoke to advised they would deliver something on the Saturday. Nothing arrived Saturday. I called Sunday to complain, spoke to a man from the chat telling me his ears hurt from talking to me and I I shouldn't complain because they arrived a day early. I couldn't believe the way he spoke to me. I asked to speak to a manager, he said theres no managers and he was going to hang up. I have never been so insulted in my life. This company should not be in business. I should have done my research and noticed all the negativity surrounding it. Sad part is they were going to someone who is an essential worker.

The flowers I ordered for me two neices (2 separate orders) not only arrived 2 days late, but the bouquets were very small in comparison to the photo shown on the website. Do not order from these crooks. They would not refund, even after a complaint to the BBB. I got my money back from my Credit card. You have been warned!

I ordered flowers for mothers day. Sunday was unavailable so I had them delivered on Tuesday. I ordered flowers from bloomex before so I did a review based on them saying how they offered $20 credit on next purchase. I provided them with proof and an email and no response and no credit. Fine.

I ordered and paid over $50. They really dropped the ball on this. The delivery time said one thing and I outlined a time during morning to mid afternoon. They delivered at 8:50 pm!!!!!! My mother works in healthcare and is working on the front lines and needs her rest in the evenings. I upgraded the flowers to the largest size they had for a fuller and better bouquet. What she got was horrible and absolutely disgusting! I could have bought better flowers at a gas station!!!!!! There were supposed to be Rose's in the order, not one single rose!! Instead the colours were the complete opposite of what I ordered and she got the smallest and nastiest flowers that weren't even blooming. I'm in shock! Of course Bloomex is no where to be found when waiting for a response. I will be posting this review with pictures everywhere. Absolutely disgusting!!!!

Ordered flowers from Bloomex to be delivered for Mother's Day 2020. My mother never received her flowers. Spent majority of Monday morning trying to get in contact with a REAL person who works for Bloomex (still have yet to manage this!). All calls made were automatically put on hold and then after 5 minutes hung up on and told to leave a message. I have left 3 messages and STILL no one had called me back. I then decided to write an email voicing my complains and concerns. Finally received an email back and Bloomex is trying to claim the reason the flowers were not delivered is because no one answered their call when they tried to deliver them (which is a lie because the number provided to Bloomex to call had no missed calls from them or any number on Sunday), and that the deliverer did not have access to the building... the address Bloomex was provided to deliver to is a house not a building. Sounds like the deliverer was unable to make the delivery and has lied to cover their ****. Either way complete waste of time and money using Bloomex's flower services... extremely disappointed.

Worst experience ever,
I ordered two bouquets and two vases in advance for Mother’s day to be delivered on May 8th, I received only one bouquet and one vase. The flowers was faded and smelled bad. The petals of the roses were falling off. I couldn’t give these flowers to my mother, they were just good enough for the garbage. I had to ordered and pay for new flowers at a local florist. After exchanging four emails with photos taken the day of the delivery, they made me understand that I was a liar and that their flowers that I received were in accordance with their policy and item descriptions. They have no intention to reimburse me even for the flowers that I never received. This is a scam, I will never refer Bloomex to anyone.

I ordered flowers on Wednesday 6 May for Mothers Day. At the end of the ordering process was informed that flowers would be delivered on Tuesday 12 May. On Tuesday morning (day of delivery) received an email advising that the delivery had been delayed and would now be made today (Thursday 14 May). Surprise Surprise I've received another email this morning to advise that my order cannot be filled. Looks like the NSW Office of Fair Trading receives a lot of complaints about Bloomex. Blomex is happy to take your order & your payment while being aware that they have no capacity to deliver. Their 1800 number gets you a recorded voice, and that's all. Is this a real business or a scam. Happy Mothers Day Mum, hope you enjoyed the non-existent flowers.

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day, she was so disappointed when they showed up late and nothing like what she had ordered. It was not an arrangement, it was a growers bunch, one type of flowers, in plastic. Dying flowers, beaten up and no ribbon, pick, and a card that looked like a toddler had written it. No response from customer service, they have blocked all contact. This company is a bunch of crooks.
