Old tow car, only three years old, was declared undrivable and not safe on highway due to engine (Diesel) . Blue ox sent new baseplate and other necessary
parts overnight so that we could get new tow truck back on road quickly.
Excellent customer service.

I recently ordered a fuse switch for our towed. It arrived within a few days and I installed myself following the very simple instructions. I wish had done this three years ago when I bought the car!

3 years ago i got a complete tow bar package for my motorhome. Everything i expected great service and parts. This time had to change baseplate for another vehicle but still had to hook up with towbar. Again great service and parts.

I ordered a base plate for my 2020 Jeep, and had it installed. Everything worked out great. I also ordered a wiring kit for my Jeep, however after checking it out I'm going to return it soon. The reason, I'm going to go with the Plug & Play wiring kit, it seems to be more integrated with new computers on the 2020 JL Jeeps. Thanks for your help! Brent Farr

Changing from one towed vehicle 2010 to new 2019 and Blue Ox folks were very knowledgeable AND helpful in letting me keep and use parts and only having to purchase new vehicle specific parts. Fast shipping and everything arrived in excellent condition.

I ordered a Blue Ox Vail 10,000lb combo, I had just purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler 4dr Sahara Unlimited and wanted the Blue Ox Flat tow hitch, the woman helping me was not knowledgeable of the products or the concept, not helpful and I had to demand that she ask a technician about my concerns, I was not aware that Jeep Mopar offered a a plug and go wiring kit for the RV and Jeep, when I asked to return the unpacked Blue Ox wiring harness , I was told that I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost, as much money as I spent with the Dealer I believe that this is a unfair practice and says that they don’t want the experience to be positive for the consumer only protecting their interest.

I made multiple phone calls to Blueox to understand what would work for my application - towing a jeep with our Dodge RAM 3500 w/a Lance truck camper - all folks were professional and knowledgeable and provided answers to my questions. Ordering all parts (electronics, mount, tow bars, break system and covers - 5 boxes) was efficient and everything was on the front porch 3 days after ordering! Website is great, providing detailed info on all components, what vehicles they work for and how to install. Top Flight company - highly recommended for all things towing!

I entered the proper information on the selection chart, 2015 Mini Cooper Coupe. Showed I needed a BX1307 baseplate which I ordered. Wrong baseplate, I found this out in the installation instructions. What I really needed was a BX1312 baseplate which shows as a 2016 Mini. Ordered the proper baseplate and sent the wrong one back. My sales rep Les confirmed the website selection tool was flawed. Just want my 77 dollar UPS return charge credited along with the credit for the wrong baseplate.

I received the adapter yesterday . The box had been opened and taped back , all staples were loose . The base plate and box of loose parts were inside . I suppose all parts are there . Thanks

Once the package go to me after i called back after a week. I did not get all the parts i needed to fix my tow bar so now i half to call back and try to ex plane what i mean when i say all the hardware including the adjustable keepers. And i hate the fact that there is no warranty.
