I ordered 5 items, in these 5 items I ordered a jacket and my pants delivered instead

I ordered a top it said 3to 4 days to come after 4 days I messaged them to ask where the top was they didn’t even have it in stock they ordered it from America after I ordered it from them I think that is disgusting service if they haven’t got it in stock they shouldn’t be selling it

Still waiting on a reply have sent loads of emails with no reply, Tony told me to send the top back for return size and hed keep me posted that was the 26th of Dec. I have heard nothing from him since and I have no top back. Phone number doesn't work, beginning to think there scamming.

After paying first class delivery and them taking 3days to post was the worst experience but not to reply to any mails both direct to them and in reply on webmail was downright rude I needed it for a deadline and it did not arrive in time

I order a 5XL T-shirt on the 21st of January and my order was sent to my Billing address and not my delivery address which then had to be shipped to my location.

Once I receive the T-shirt after the delay I realized the size was XL and not 5XL!

I contacted the company by the contact form on the website, the telephone number provided and the email on the website and I received no response... I then found another email in my PayPal that I contacted and I finally received a response.

I stressed to the company that this is for a Birthday gift and I need in on time as I am sending it internationally, I returned the item on the 5th February next day delivery and the company could not receive the parcel so it had been left in a local shop... 8th Feb I received a reply that the company will collect the parcel from the shop and send me the T-shirt it is now 13th February and the company still have not sent me the 5XL or picked up the return and the courier are now sending me back the incorrect T-shirt!

3 and a half weeks I have been waiting to receive the correct goods I purchased. The whole purpose of the item was for a birthday that is now gone!

I will never buy from this shop again as they do not care or understand what customer service is!

I’ve placed orders 3 times with this company, and for two of them, I’ve been contacted to say that the item I ordered is not in stock. It was for the same item each time. Waiting for the item to be shipped from the USA the second time ran into 12 weeks or more (nothing takes takes 12 weeks to ship) and each time I contacted the company to ask where my order was, I was told it would be another 3 weeks and so on until I cancelled my order. The most recent order, involved being contacted to tell me the same, awaiting shipment from the USA, so I’ve asked for the order to be cancelled in full, but the response has been nil so far (3 days). I’ll seek an alternative to getting my gym clothing after having been let down so much. Why do they think it’s acceptable to take payment for items that are not in stock and then give the customer the run around until the order is finally cancelled due to non arrival!

Ordered a vest as a present start of October,we had a email with a tracking number that did not work I tried to get in touch with the company multiple times they did not answer.A few days ago they responded saying it was out of stock and it will be sent out.It is ridiculous the time it has taken to get in touch and it’s still not arrived

Product seems of a decent quality but is the smallest 3xl tshirt ive ever seen, no use whatsoever will give it to one of my smaller friends
