I purchased a BodyGuardz protector for my new Note 9 at the AT&T store on October 13th, and by December 17th, I had to call in to replace it since it had cracked a week earlier. Now, mind you I am a middle aged woman who is not at all hard on my phone and am at home most of the time to care for sick elderly mother-in-law, so how did it crack so easily? I called in to ask for a replacement per the "warranty" and was told I had to pay more to get my replacement. I was NOT happy being that I had it less days than most retail stores return policy and especially for a defective product. I told them of the defect, and they "offered" me an upgrade so long as I pay the S&H charges of $10.62. I did it, and received the "upgraded" screen protector. Well, I went back to AT&T store to have them put it on so to assure it was done properly. So, since receiving this one, it will NOT stay on the phone at all. Keeps peeling off, has air bubbles, and simply won't stay on. Next, I just happened to review my credit card statement to find that I was charged another $58.66 since I was not told that I had to mail back in the old one! Come on, the lady did NOT tell me this, NOR was there anything in the package that provided to send it back. I called Bodyguardz to inquire of this charge and they informed me that since I didn't return the old one I agreed to pay again. I was not told to return nor was I provided anything to ship it back (i.e. shipping label) Seriously, I paid $46 for it originally, plus $10.62, and then the theft of $58.66 which equals $115.28 for a piece of crap product. Why are these people getting away with this? Shameful is about all I can say. DO NOT EVER BUY BODYGUARDZ products under any circumstances.

3 months and 2 screen protectors later I'm out the original cost and $10 for replacement. Now they want another $10 to get the 2nd one replaced. I bought mine at an AT&T store why can't I return it there to save the $10 shipping? Because then I would be returning it every month. I'm moving on to some other brand.

I got the screen protector 2 months ago when I got my new cell phone. This protector as soon as it fsll even a little it breaks as nd then to order a replacement it's almost 10 dlls. I have replaced it three times already but this last one I haven't even send back the damaged one and it broke again. I think m so irritated with this. I will be buying another one and not deal with this bs.

Bought one with new phone, cracked and paid the 8.99 shipping for a replacement screen. Sent the broke one back.....3 months later got charged 49 because they supposedly never received the broke one. Will never purchase a bodyguardz again!!

I wish I could give this product zero stars. Bought two iPhone X phones and had these screen protectors installed on both of them at the AT&T store. One was broken, chipped and spider webbed within 3 days. The other one barely lasted a day before it was broken, chipped and spider webbed. The last two iPhones I have had before these, had glass screen protectors on them as well, different brand, and they lasted well over a year before I had ANY issues at all - and one lasted over 1.5 years before even a chip. I still haven’t done anything with these as I am very busy and don’t have time to run around over stinking screen protectors. I am NOT paying $8 a piece to have two new ones shipped, that I predict will last 1-3 days as well. Since I have to replace them anyway I’ll just get something else. For what I paid for these crappy protectors they should ship them out for free. But I don’t want any more of these sub standard products. They can keep them. Don’t pay the exorbitant price for these. They are garbage.

I purchased bodyguards cases and screen protectors from AT&T. I contacted bodyguardz for replacement screen protectors. I receive the new screen protectors, and sent the 3 broken ones back, each on their own envelopes at the same time. Guess what? They were never accounted for at bodyguardz. Yes I was charged another $160 for the 3 replacement screen protectors. Guess what! They are now missing another screen I sent back. I just looked at my bank account, and they are taking out another $48. Watch out! They are scammers!

I have used both the pure edge 2 eye guard and the privacy screen, both are great. I get a lot of compliments about the privacy screen protector. I personally have used the harmony case and really like the replacement process and the fact that I can get a new screen anytime.

I have been using EyeGuard for about 3 months now and have been loving it! It’s protective, i hardly know it’s there, And it’s good on the eyes.

I have used other brands of screen protectors and they always chip and crack after only a few weeks. I have loved my Bodyguardz protector. I have had the same screen protector for over a year with no chips or cracks. Previously, if I needed a replacement screen, they have sent a new one without hesitation, and without charge. Their guarantee is the best around! I also have had a few of their cases and have loved them. They are durable but not bulky. I highly recommend Bodyguardz products!
