I ordered a item from a customer on the Bonanza site, I never received the item, it was not any fault of Bonanza, they informed me that the seller had been removed from their site due to a violation of our User Agreement. I then had to fight with Paypal to get my money back. It also was not Paypal fault, the Seller sent a tracking number so Paypal closed the claim. I had to then go to the Post Office to get a letter that stated the tracking number provided by the seller did not go to my address. Come to find out; the Seller sent me a old tracking number that they had previous sent to the other address, that person never received their item either from the Seller. He was a scam. Now, Bonanaza was with me the whole time, Justin sent me a follow up email every week to see how I was getting along with obtaining my money back from the Seller. Thanks Justin, Bonanza is a great company, their customer service is awesome.

It is the best place to sell and great support and low fees eBay is out there to make money off the seller where Bonanza is there to help you sell and make money with there low fees and answer all the questions you need answers for eBay is to make money off there sellers with high prices every changing rules that change every month bonanza don't do that which is great as you know what they say will never change and confuse the seller

Thank you Bonanza for my first great two years and many more to come

I hope I am not confusing as I am disabled and sometime mind don't work as fast as it should

Based on my experience in e-commerce I consider "Bonanza" to be an extraordinary platform that like other marketplaces requires dedication, organization and discipline to achieve success but above all patience.
If you are thinking of dedicating yourself to e-commerce, you must keep in mind that at the beginning it takes time to build a site that generates confidence in the buyer. This is one of the qualities in which we usually fail when we are not documented in everything that surrounds the action of "buying and selling".

If you are willing to make money, the above is very important not to fail because it would be very easy to blame the site (marketplate) for our mistakes.

I always recommend to see tutorials and ask the site for help.

Run away from Bonanza.com as fast as you can. Received defective part from a 3rd party company via Bonanza. I called and emailed company multiple times and left voice mail. There has been no return phone calls or emails. Reached out to Bonanza via help support and also called them and keep getting “no longer in service“ recording. I’ve been hoodwinked. Stick to Amazon or EBay!!! Run away from Bonanza fast before it’s to late.

I have been selling on Bonanza since 2008. My wife recently decided to sell some of her extensive cookbook collection. When we attempted to set up her booth on Bonanza, several unexpected problems developed. Bonanza's tech support dedicated considerable effort and time to fixing those problems. Her booth is now up and functioning as desired, Thanks..........

I recently made a purchase from Go Nutra...accidently ordered the wrong product and tried every way possible to reach them to get it corrected. They ignored ALL my
messages and shipped the incorrect order.
Back to ebay, I guess....

I ordered a receiver off of bonanza got it it was packaged terrible wouldn’t work etc like the owner told me. Insect it back then he said that bonanza packaged it horrible and then he tells me the insurance on it would refund back in August can’t get a hold of him now. Looks like I got screwed out of 100 dollars. No one seems to know what to do. I will never order from bonanza again. I would give them a O

Ordered 6 of one item. Received 3 of a different item. Sent email. Messages and pending feedbacks. NO response. Sellers site says No refunds, which is fine with me if the correct items are sent in the first place. Here is your 28 dollar chewed up pencil. Sorry it wasnt what you ordered, but there are no returns. Sorry we cant help you with the stealing we just did. And I hold Bonanza responsible for allowing this sort of business to sell on the site. BEWARE and shop somewhere else for your own piece of mind and $$$$
