Order "shipped" 2 days after ordering. After 42 days still NO PRODUCT! Can't speak with a human being. Left multiple voicemails. Same run-around when they reply via email "ETA Next Week". DO NOT CONSIDER THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order March 20 with all items shown in stock; didn't hear anything so followed up a month later, only to receive a generic email stating the Wuhan virus was impacting their business. In May they contacted me stating my credit card authorization had expired and they needed me to send them the card info again. Not comfortable emailing them my CC# I tried calling them, but they aren't answering the phone, or apparently returning messages left for them. Sent a couple follow up emails, to no avail.

Meanwhile I receive a couple email offers a day from them. In view of the difficulty they are having fulfilling 3 month old orders, perhaps they should not be soliciting further business until they catch up? This is all very reminiscent of their business ethic--or lack thereof--from several years ago where they often had great prices, but poor follow through and abysmal customer service. Looks like it's time to stop doing business with them as they clearly have little concern for their customers.

I ordered an item 5 weeks ago. I inquired three times about the item. I recently receive an email stating that the item was discontinued/back-ordered and my order was cancelled. Today I replied with the EXACT SAME ITEM for sale on the website. STILL FOR SALE... So is it discontinued? back-ordered? If so, maybe you should STOP SELLING IT!?!?! IF not, why are you lying to me???

I asked for a change to my order within 24 hours of placing it. They got back to me a FEW DAYS LATER to say they couldn't make the change because the order had shipped. Fine.

But TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT, the FedEx tracking number says the order still hasn't left their building. At some point I may have to cancel the whole order. Thank God for Visa fraud protection.

I have been shopping for this optic for over a month. It keeps selling out but Botach notified me as soon as it came back into stock and got it to me quickly.

I had a hard time finding magazine clips for GSG/ATI GSG-5 .22LR HV Rifle but Botach made it simple...from the google search directly to ordering the quantity that I needed. Easy guest purchase without having to create another account on another website! I will be back though!!!!

Tried the same transaction three times and I had to wait for the next day to complete.. Botach has been a GO TO place for many years and you shouldn't sacrifice consistency for technology

$600.00 worth of body armor, not in stock, told me it would ship, never did, said they lost order and would ship, only shipped partial, over a month still waiting, will not give refund and will not take back partial order, imagine that.....

I ordered an Avon C50 mask with next day air shipping. They company printed a label immediately, took my money, then never shipped. When I keep calling in, they either dont answer the phone or give me a run around. They claim on their website that no money is debited until it ships, which is ironic. They claim they sent it, take your money, then string you out weeks.

I placed an order on March 17th that still has not arrived. All items were in stock, shipping was supposed to take a few days. I've tried to message, call and email. Their Customer Service page has been deleted. All calls go to voice mail that as far as I can tell doesn't get a response for several day. Email responses are one-word answers. Employees are rude and uncaring. Over a month I have been waiting. They have a hold on the money, but aren't attending to the GD order. These are bad people dropping the ball at the worst time and what's worse is no email blast about wait times or anything. It's inexcusable. And based on their attitude they 100% DGAF about these reviews, that's why they have no Google footprint. Trash.

I am thankful I did not look at the reviews before I did business with Botach. I was desperately searching for protective coveralls for my husband’s ER team. I literally called company after company, many did not return my calls/emails. Sammy Hecker did return my email and provided excellent fast service. We received our coveralls within a week. Thanks so much, Sammy.

I placed an order Aril 4th, 2020. Today is April 16, 2020 and I have tried contacting them several times by phone and email and until today, still no response. I have ordered from several other companies at the same time and have had their products already for a week to include .223 ammo which is sold out everywhere!!!! If you cannot follow through at this time, shut your business down, I did that to my own business until further notice. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Needed some 10 rd mags, (NJ) had some older Ronan corp that worked very well. Since Ronan no longer distributed them (nhmtg), found out they were made by okay surefeed. ( Colt mags). Short story long... botach had them for a great price & free shipping. Had them within 4 days & that was during New Year holiday. Thank You !
