Ordered and paid 4/24/21 for an order to be delivered 4/16/21. Update keeps saying UPS label created on 4/15/21. Have emailed 5 times, no response. Phone number not in service.

I placed 12 orders of cookies for a corporate event. They were St Patrick’s Day as the meeting was on 3/17/21. When purchasing through the website 10 of the 12 orders said they’d be delivered by 3/17. None were delivered by that date. Additionally 3 of the orders are MIA as of today (3/25) - it says shipper created label but never made it to UPS to ship. I have called, emailed and messaged on Instagram the business owners since 3/20 with zero response.
