Bowling.com is awesome. The shipping process is ridiculous...in a good way. I ordered shoes on Sunday and they came on Tuesday. The bowling shoes for the kids are cute too! This is our eighth pair...We order a new one every year for kids bowl free. I love bowling.com.

The price was the best I found anywhere. I ordered the motiv amplify ball cleaner gallon size Sunday evening and received it on Tuesday. Extremely fast delivery and item was well packaged. I have only cleaned my ball once and it seemed to remove the oil and track marks easily. There was no over powering odor either.

It was very easy to shop on bowling.com. They had the item I was looking for and in the correct size. I was also pleased with the option to purchase an item related to my purchase at the time of checkout. I was going to purchase it and it saved me the time to look for the item. Also, the price was better than at other eretailers.

Love the bag, it has large wheels for both mobility and stability and the telescoping handle allows you to push or pull your bag. I know some folks complained there is no compartment in the ball section so I put my bowling in a sling and rest a piece of sturdy foam on the sling the width and depth of the bag and created my own compartment. It definitely meets all my needs.

This is an update to my previous review/comments about some buyer's remorse where the Idol Pearl I purchased at a reduced price went on sale for a lower price before I even received it. Based on my feedback, I was contacted where they refunded me the difference in the price! I am impressed they review the comments and do what they can with a customer satisfaction focus. I purchase alot of things from this business where they have great prices and ship fast! Added to that is awesome customer service! Love bowling.com and will continue to be a devoted customer. My experience was great. Everything arrived in good packaging. Priceses were really good. I have no complaints. Only problem now is finding a driller since this COVID-19 stuff is going on and everything is shutdown, including the local bowling alley.

I changed my mind regarding which ball to purchase. I ordered one ball and wanted to exchange it for another. When I received the first ball, I immediately returned it for the second ball. I paid the price difference.

I called customer service to see if I could order a ball with certain specs. They said that they would look for the ball after I did the purchase and if they didn't have what I was looking for I could get a refund. I get a phone call with the specs and I said that does not work for me. He said he would continue to look. Six days later the ball arrives at my doorstep and it is the same one I said that it will not work for me. I am upset!

I brought my first pair of linds in 1988, and just this year I need to replace them because of a split in front of the heel on the left shoe, after bowling twice each week since that time. Outstanding quality shoe and very comfortable.

I actually liked the site because of its great prices and deals, but I was a little bit disappointed when they asked for pictures of my credit card via email, just because the billing address was different than the shipping address. Also you should put the information about how the ball weight changes the weight block. In overall i was satisfied with the products and price paid, but those details let me down

This is the second or third time my fiance and/or I have ordered from your site and I only hope to have ad good luck with the bowling ball I got as he had with the one he ordered last year. Bowling.com offers the best customer service i ever had. I had a problem with UPS which isn't bowling.com fault but my customer service rep Monica was so thoughtful and helpful in the situation. Keeping communication open, responding quickly and assisting as best as she could. I was very impressed and grateful to her.

Placing my order was good but what I didn't agree with was not being able to ship to another address because it is a gift and I WANTED it sent to that address. So now I have to deliver it myself. Never had this issue with other sites delivering to another address. Buying a Birthday gift.

I got my items quickly and all were as expected. Tried to support my local pro shop by ordering my ball and shoes there. Big mistake! Shoes were backordered and the ball is still not ready a week after it was supposed to be. Plus I paid more. I would highly recommend bowling. com.
