Process was extremely easy, no pushy salesmen involved! Best quote within seconds and no hidden extras. Even offered a discount for having it fitted on a certain day. Ordered online, fitted within 2 days. I had one visit by fitter, then electrician to sort out stats 2 days later (at my convenience). Both guys were very helpful and friendly. I had one issue within a few days of fitting where wireless cylinder stat wasn't working properly. Was sorted within a few days with no problems or extra charges. Highly recommend if you're looking for a competitive, stress-free solution to getting your boiler changed.

Just had my new boiler fitted by boxt. All turned up on time as did Daniel Harrison who worked his socks off was neat tidy and very professional. Im a plumber by trade but specialist in bathrooms and kitchens so lost touch with new boiler concepts but know a good tradesman when i see one. I was sceptical about paying up front but i tell you what this company delivers what it promises so dont worry on that score. I'm a very happy customer in Nottingham and thanks again Daniel a pleasure to have in my house. Ps thanks to all the boxt team its a different way,but one that delivers what it promises

It was a good decision on my part to buy my boiler from Boxt and an equally good decision to have my annual check and service done by them. All arranged through their excellent Ryan Harrison in their equally excellent customer service department during these difficult trading times.

I contacted your company on Monday 15th June about fitting a new boiler.. Your engineers Harvey and Mo turned 7:20 Tuesday 16th morning they started as soon as they arrive they encountered a problem with the position of the boiler so it had to be repositioned which meant extra work for them than expected. They were both pleasant,polite and professional kept me informed each step of the way. The found out my gas meter was not a the pressure so we had to call the gas company to deal with that
Harvey and Mo stayed till everything was dealt with they didn't leave till after 7pm
I call that above and beyond helpful especially as I live on my own. I would highly recommended your company

First class efficient professional service, the engineer was very polite & cleaned up on completion of the work.
The new boiler arrived on time - 5 minutes after the fitter.

I had a boiler replaced in April, delivered in the morning just before the engineers turned up to install it. Wonderful service provided very neat and tidy, and I am pleased with the boiler installed. I have already recommended 'BOXT' to my friends and family members.

We had our boiler fitted in April 2019 and it was due to be serviced in April this year. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions we were unable to have it serviced and were concerned that it would effect the warranty. Ryan from BOXT Servicing kept us informed throughout and once restrictions were lifted arranged an engineer to call last Tuesday 9th June. The engineer couldn't have been friendlier or more courteous. Paul rang us beforehand, carried out the service and updated our service book. We have now set up a BOXT service plan as they are a company who we trust. Many thanks :-)

After contacting various companies boxt came in around £800 cheaper then anyone else, ordered Sunday evening and by Tuesday morning two very good engineers were here to install the new boiler. Both very polite and experienced and by the afternoon our new boiler was installed and the house left spotless. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Excellent experience and overall service with BOXT and specifically our engineer David Horsted. The process for boiler selection, booking and pre-sales advice was extremely slick. David arrived in the morning and completed a big job professionally to change from a tank system to a combi boiler over 2 days. He went above his duties to fix all leaks, a broken pump and even came back on a Saturday to resolve trapped air and a leak once the job was complete. He was also there to answer many questions I had during the work. I am thoroughly happy and provide my highest recommendation for BOXT and David. For such work and a big investment, I would advise to not go anywhere else.
