I was very impressed with the help and dedication of the Manager and Staff in helping me purchase a Brocken wheel of my Nolte Wardrobe. I collected the item from the store and it gave me an opportunity to view all your products. We will be visiting again when we need to replace items. It was more pleasing with the help that I received because the main Wardrobe was purchased from John Lewis, thank you very much.

Sales support was good; delivery exceeded what was quoted and delivery company gave us 1 days notice of planned delivery, which was not convenient.

I recently discovered Bradbeers and am pleased with the service provided. Placing my order was easy and the item arrived quickly. Lovely packaging with a nice personal touch. Would order again, and would definitely recommend.

James, the salesman, could not have been more help. He described and demonstrated the unit extremely well. He also recommended and sourced a Wi-Fi attachment I needed that I didn't even know existed. As a result I was able to get the most out of my new speaker. I took the Wi-Fi unit to the shop and he tried it out before my purchase of the speaker.

Lovely bra, one I ordered was too small so ordered larger size which was perfect. Customer services arranged the replacement which I received next day and the original was refunded as soon as it was received. Faultless and highly recommended.

took 3 months to get carpet. didn't tell us carpet was out of stock, then didnt tell us when it came back in stock, measured incorrectly (even though they came twice to measure), advised us about the wrong stair rods, forgot nap locks, quoted half a day for the job, took the fiiters all day.

Excellent fitters though!

A fast efficient delivery, my last minute shopping for my wife's birthday was accommodated by Bradbeers agreeing to upgrade the delivery to next working day. I ordered two items that were well packaged and received in good order. Overall a really good service, thanks very much.

Was disappointed when my duvet set arrived with a brown stain on it as I thought this would have been checked before dispatch hence the 4 stars and not 5. None the less Bradbeers were very quick and efficient at resolving this issue for me and sent me another one free of charge which arrived I am pleased to say without any marks. I am looking forward to putting it on my bed for the festive season. It seems very cosy!

I ordered six Ercol chairs at over £300 each and made in the fabric of my choice. When they were delivered some weeks later I was presented with six large boxes. The delivery men were not instructed to construct the chairs which were delivered in two parts and needed to be bolted together by Allen keys. Further they were not instructed to take away the copious packaging.However because of my reluctance to accept delivery the drivers on the day did help and did construct the chairs and take the packaging away. At no time was I informed by Bradbeers staff on my purchase that my chairs would not be delivered fully assembled and that they did not have the White Glove service as provided by David Phipps and John Lewis. Apparently they charge extra for that. It felt like purchasing from IKEA A very poor service.

our order was delivered earlier than the salesman first promised.
It was delivered at the time quoted and the delivery was carried out professionally.
The salesman promised to send a bottle of leather conditioning oil with the delivery but
it did not arrive. So a black mark for their forgetfulness !

We felt that your salesman took time with us to explain the benefit of different mattresses and to let us wander around the showroom and encouraged us to try the beds but emphasised that when we felt that any one of the beds might be suitable we should take at least 15 minutes resting on the mattress and then you can judge whether it is the correct one for you
