The Representative that came was very supportive and knowledgeable of the issue which provented me to move my vehicle with ease. And fix my ISSUE. If i ever have an issue that approaches as this in the future I will be contacting your company again. Very professional and I hope i can get the same Rep but if not I have no worries and feel confident in your judge of character that my needs will be met. He needs a raise !!

I’ve had bad experiences in the past with brake repair, and I was hesitant to hire anyone at all to do the work for me. I found BtG, gave them a shot, and I have to say they have my business for as long as they’re around. I actually found out my coworkers all have high opinions of this company too, even though I hadn’t asked beforehand. If you’re worried about getting taken advantage of like I was, then this is a great service for you. Give them a chance, and you’ll see what I mean.

Great business model. Servicing my brakes at my house saved me at least a half day. Technician arrived on schedule, explained what he would do to inspect the wheels then advise me of the needed work and cost. He told me one axle needed no service and charged me less than $150 to service the other axle. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and expeditious.Brakes to Go is the way to go!

This is my second time using Brakes To Go on 2 different vehicles. They are so kind and professional starting with your initial phone call, to coming out to do your service. My tech, Gabe, was very kind, professional, and thorough. He was on time and did an awesome job and explained everything to me and showed me everything he found in his inspection. I cannot recommend this company enough!

We had a great experience with BTG. They were quick, clean, and honest. The technician Michael, could not have been nicer. He came out in the blazing heat and fixed my back breaks, then came back in the rain to fix my front breaks! He practiced social distancing. The cost was several hundred dollars less than the dealership quoted. Very happy!

Brakes To Go came right to my doorstep the day after contacting them about an issue with my truck. They gave me a free inspection/estimate and had all the parts to fix it right there!(brake power booster went out) They were extremely knowledgeable/courteous and let me know a few other minor issues I should keep an eye on in the future. They saved me a lot of time and money and I will definitely use them again in the future!

Really, really, happy to find them. Rare instance where the other glowing reviews exactly mirrored my own experience. Service guy was on time (love the app that shows you where they are en route), friendly, and smart. Even carefully respected my notes about not knocking on door to avoid disturbing crazy dog inside. Fast but very thorough. Showed me the brakes in good shape that did not need any work, and the pads and rotors that did need replacement. The price was the cheapest price I was quoted anywhere, and the quality was exceptional.

My service man Tim let me know he was on his way and I could see the progress as he neared my apartment complex. He was very polite and professional. He did the inspection right there in the parking lot of the complex and texted me when he finished. He gave me an accurate (not inflated) assessment that I needed two front brake pads and that’s it. Paid with a credit card and was good to go. Tim emailed me a copy of the invoice and I never had to leave my apartment! Awesome experience!

I requested a quote on Thursday & received a response in less than 12 hours. Nelson was very helpful & was able to schedule Jonathan to come out on Monday afternoon to asses my breaks. Jonathan was very personable & honest about the condition of my break pads/rotors. I was able to continue working in my office while he worked on my car which was very convenient. I definitely recommend Breaks To Go & will use them again in the future.

Great service...don't have to waste time waiting for the Toyota dealer...don't have to wait at the dealer for the car to be fixed...or rent a car while waiting ....everything done without interruption to my schedule. $60 cheaper than last front brake job at Toyota dealer and the the Brakes To Go guy cleaned the rear brakes.

Saw the advertisement on TV, already had an estimate from the repair shop, asked fora quote sounded very reasonable, booked an appointment, technician showed up, did an inspection and gave a quote, was 50% less, gave go ahead, he was done in about 45 minutes, very professional, very satisfied with the job, highly recommend and will use them again in future.

David was here 5 minutes early. He test drove the Car, assessed it, provided a quote with options, and a promotional discount. He fixed the brakes in less than 45 minutes, test drive again after fixing it and Everything was awesome!! And I didn’t have to leave home!! Off recommend BTG!!

The technician showed up early which was great and he worked on my torn break line while I was at work so I was able to walk right out of the door for my commute. It was quick, convenient, and I will use them again. I already told everyone at work to use their service!

Jaime texted his location to me after leaving his prior customer, showed up on time, had the pads I needed and did a great job - installing them in my garage while I dealt with other business needing to get done! I’ve used BTG before on my Audi, now on my Infiniti and will use them next time I need brake repair. Clean and efficient, I highly recommend BTG
