Due to COVID-19, our flights were also canceled over a month ago. We also received those automated emails saying:

"We are allocating all available resources to ensure that every refund is managed as swiftly as possible, however as our staff are having to work remotely, we estimate that the process will take us a further two weeks to complete."

Does anyone know if the company still exists? What are the steps one can take to receive a full refund? How much longer will it take?

Don't buy anything using this company. They made email for refund money for cancell fly that drive peopel wrong. There is no way to chose money back they provide to accept voucher, for witch then will return money if not use after 6months ... for sure soon they will be banckrupt !!

THIS IS SCAM COMPANY

They will stolen our money and disapear.

after weeks, even months of waiting, I guess the answer is clear, like everyone says, this is a total scam, they received refund from the airline but they won't return the money back to the customers. I would like to join other people who have the same experience to come together and take legal action to company like this not to let them get away

Beware the so called "refund" message.
This is a scam message, a trap, this is leading into a mouse click, that makes no more choices. I was presented with no-reply message with a link to web page. The web page displayed a array of choices and a button with caption "choose your option". After clicking this button there was NO OTHER OPTION. Only a credit, NO REFUND!!!!

Beware! Fraud!
This company is absolutely impossible to get in contact with. Due to a cancelation of the flight, the airline (Finnair) refunded our tickets to Bravofly months ago. We have not heard anything since then. Bravofly does not answer any emails. Nor telephone. Today we got an email that suggested a voucher. I insisted to get my refund but was informed that Bravofly demanded a "refund handling fee"!
A refund handlig fee!
This is the worst Mickey Mouse company I have ever had contact with! I will never, ever order anything with Bravofly again.

This is the worst experience I've had. Booked flights to Bali and bought their Flexi package. When the return flight was cancelled, I could not get hold of any customer representative. There is not way to contact them !!! Just received 1 email saying that my flight has been cancelled and they will contact me again. However, after 3 months nothing. DO NOT BOOK USING THIS SITE. THINK ITS A PART OF LAST MINUTE.COM COMPANY. IT'S AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Bought my tickets with this company and like everyone else I have to give them a really bad review cus this is the worst company I have ever deal with so far.
-there is no costumer service
-I haven’t got any information from them about my canceled flights
-no money back for my tickets
-no Voucher
My second and last time to use this.

Still no update on our refund. One airline issued refund but no money refunded on our bank account. Bravofly hasn’t followed up the other airline regarding refund. Been asking for an update for two months now and still not sorted. Tried calling the customer service again but call being dropped!

accidentally booked a flight ticket with them and had to try and change a flight back date for a few days later, they offer to do it and pay more then the original flight ticket itself (both ways) most ridiculous and horrible service I've ever encountered, will not make the same mistake and I advise you the same.

Hello tiger air, On the 26th of February 2020, at the cairns domestic airport our 6:20pm flight to Brisbane was cancelled with no warning which left our family completely in the lurch. Your staff was very rude in letting us know and left it so late to let us know that qantas upped their prices to $500 per seat which we were forced to pay to get to our destination. Your airline offered us no apologies and just said the flight was shut down due to engineering, however on the news the following morning we heard tiger shut down a lot of flights due to the coronavirus outbreak, even so, we were just so upset that we were left hanging with no offer of another flight. We spent our entire savings for our trip just to get down to Brisbane. We are a young family and this really upset us, it takes us months to save that much money and we want to be reconciled for our flight that we lost. Please can you offer us something that would help us out as we kinda felt stabbed in the back by the airline that we usually love and trust. We would be happy to hear from you. We have been unable to talk or get in contact with anyone from bravo fly in Australia and need our refund back from tiger as they refused them!!!! DO NOT USE BRAVO FLY EVER

Bought a ticket with the premium flex coverage, and flight got cancelled. Same as everyone else here, unable to contact them, no sign of refund.

Only reason i bought the ticket was because of the money back guarantee, and now it has cancelled not on ny end but the airline, and its like a $400 CAD penality for cash refund. Complete bull $&%@. Dont ever go through BravoFly. They are mother#&$%$%? !!!!!!!

Noone to contact or talk to, bravo says talk to airline, and airline says talk to agency, running in a circle.

NEVER AGAIN! SHAME ON YOU BRAVOFLY!

Really just looking at the ratings they really do deserve for whatever possible reasons absolutely and entirely we can make something cool like that. People posting them bad reviews and they for sure deserve it, bravofly - please change!

It’s look like a fraud company ...during such global concern no one is picking up phone on numbers provided by bravofly ..there is no email address to contact them ..Airlines had cancelled the flight but no updates from barvofly ...lost around $2000

I made a reservation for a flight scheduled this upcoming June (booking ID 1613945375).
Due to the COVID 19 crisis I decided to cancel my flight.
After countless emails and FB messages Bravofly finally cancelled my booking but still hasn't sent me any cancellation confirmation!

I have sent maybe 100 messages and emails so far and I feel like I'm being ignored! There's no one to talk to and it's not like I'm asking much...

JUST A CONFIRMATION THAT MY FLIGJT WAS CANCELLED DUE TO *MY* REQUEST!
