I have been with BridgeWell Capital for almost two years. I recently called in to inquire about my account and received very poor customer service. I was disrespected beyond belief and accused of not honoring my loan agreement. I have never been late on a payment nor done anything to default on the agreement. The representative was accusatory and argumentative. I informed him that I would not be degraded with lies and false accusations. I requested to speak to his supervisor, he informed me that no one was available and would not be available to talk with me. BridgeWell has acted in a very unprofessional manner resulting in my withdrawal as a client along with those I know in the business and beyond.

We have now completed two finance deals with Bridgewell Capital and can honestly say that are great Company to work with, everyone is so helpful and responsive, we can only think of good things to say about them and would highly recommend them......Keep up the good work Bridgewell.

We do a lot of deals a year and we had out best closing with you Year to date. Pros and communication was key.

We have worked with Bridgewell Capital for almost 2 years and they have proved again and again to provide outstanding customer service. The process is simple, it is easy to qualify and paperwork is minimal. All of this with very competitive interest rates! We plan to continue our relationship with them for years to come....

Brad, Tiffany, and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. They worked great as a team and always got me the information that I needed. I loved working with them and getting this deal done allowed me to get started with my real estate investing goals.

I ran into BridgeWell Capital by accident, on the Internet. Not so sure of what to expect, I sent them an email and received a response within 24 hours. I took out loans on 3 investment property in a matter of 45 days. As much as I believed that the gentleman who effected my loan application - Mr. John O'Leary - was reason for how smooth and swift I got results, after dealing with several departments within the company, I have come to see that it also the way they do business . . . conveniently and on time. Their interest rates are high but at no point did I feel duped as John walked me through every step at each stage. It seemed important to him that I understood what, why, when and how! I have nothing but praise for their straightforward business and I look forward to doing more with them.

I have been working with Bridgewell Capital, LLC for over three years and I have seen that they attract professional investors who use Bridgewell's funds to get them from purchase to end-buyer. Bridgewell maintains a high level of assistance with regard to valuation and expertise and guidance.
In short, Bridgewell's clients make money on their money!

In the past year we have closed at least 8 deals with John and Amber. Each deal has been an extremely smooth process. We have worked with other lenders, but nothing compares to the customer service that is given by John and Amber. We look forward to closing more deals with them. Thanks BWC.

Okay so this is was my first hard money deal and I reviewed a lot of companies and I noticed that everyone that worked with Bridgewell said to call Brad and what did I do I called Brad. Brad was extremely responsive, quick and accurate. Listen if you are reading this and you need a lender that will give you a great cost for the product, be responsive and keep you updated you need to call Bridgewell and work directly with Brad. Closed with no issues on time and I am up and running on my first hard money deal. During this market, you need a lender that you will confident that will back your deal before you make the offer, call them now!

I have used Bridgewell Capital two times going on three times now. They are a great way to obtain capital in order to flip or hold real estate investments. Their terms are straight forward and cash is always at the closing table! The best way of communication is through email. I look forward to future transactions with them. Its a Win-Win situation!

I usually fund deals myself, decided to try bridgewell for the first time and all I can say is that from now on I will continue to use them for multiple deals, easy to use, friendly and most importantly Fast!!!, as an investor you know that time is key, Jhon and his team were fantastic, we are already working on the second deal, be confident they will be able to meet your needs.
