I purchased 2 batteries, but only 1 was shipped. I emailed the site and explained what the situation (and provided them with my order #). I received a reply within 24 hours and the other battery was shipped within 2 days. Although my order was not done correctly the first time, it was quickly corrected. I will buy from this store again. It would be nice if all online purchases were handled in the manner this order was.

The battery I ordered for my Dell laptop came in about a week (within the estimate) and works as advertised. BrilliantStore's price was comparable to other third party vendors and much lower than Dell's.

I ordered a specific battery recharger from this store and the one they sent was not what I ordered. I called and they refused to do anything to resolve the situation. I found it recently and sent the bogus battery charger to Goodwill. Since it was not what was listed on the package, I hope someone can tell if it fits their battery. I put a note on it!

I ordered three products from Brilliant. Price was reasonable, and the delivery was very fast. I would have no problem ordering from Brilliant again in the future.

Ordered on 12/23 and it was processed and in priority mail 12/24/07.. Got updated tracking number so I could know when it hit the Post Office. Great service, great price, appears to be great product.

I received the battery a head of schedule, however the battery didn't work and I sent it back today to be exchanged. A little frustrating to be honest. I wish you guys checked the battery before mailing it. I will have to wait to give positive feedback until I receive a working battery.

I have purchased gadget accessories from BrilliantStore over the past two years and for the most part orders get processed quickly, things arrive early and if there's a problem, customer service is very helpful. Most of the time I get free shipping or shipping is very low.

Recently, I tried out their items shipped from China warehouse. The product price is very low with good quality. Their shipping is not as fast as I used to get from USA location and I guess it's because they are from oversea. With the attractively low cost, I would want to use them more as logn as plan ahead of time. Plus, if there is something happened you still have the USA service to help out.
