We arrived half a hour before the start of the tour. With a following e-mail we got a voucher in german language, so we didn't think on the older - english languaged - e-mail. On the german voucher the company wrote: "meeting point is the Café Nero, near by the train track 13". When you get into the station (from the ground floor), you can find the train track 13, a Café Costa and a big building site. That let me think, that something went wrong. I tried to call Brit-Movie-Tours, but the phone number, that was mentioned for emergency reasons, didn't work on sunday. Then I called the second number they told me: a long call with Berlin, Germany, followed ... but nobody could help me.
In the end we found out, that the London Bridge Station has 3 Café Neros on different floors. We came too late, the tour has allready been startet / gone away.
The next call to Germany followed. The guy on the phone said - after speaking with his supervisor - that (because of these problems) I would get my money back.
Now, a few days later - nothing happend. They say, the only one, who did make a mistake, was me ... :-(
I wrote a comment on the germany site of this company. It hadn't become published ... I think, this company doesn't like negative comments ... so they become censored?!

So all in all, we paid £48 each. I wish I had done more research beforehand.
Customer service with Brit Movie Tours is excellent. They are flexible, knowledgeable and very quick to respond.

Suggestion tour host have better video clips and photo or screenshots in a folder to pass around of scenes from TV shows from the "actual sites we visited" THAT would have been much better an easy to visualise at the sites.
Also on the way back someone asked could we watch an episode......none available !
