I first ordered the refrigerator instead of the freezer by accident. Thankfully they call to verify that your order is exactly what you want. They refunded my money on that order no questions asked and were very polite while doing so. Received defective unit. Amount of follow up on my end to insure resolution was tedious. Several times I was promised calls via customer service only to not receive. Eventually Monica stepped in and expedited the return/exchange. She is to be commended but I must say I was not pleased with how long this took.

My first impression when I concluded the online purchase was "Easy process and very reasonably priced." The rest was very painful. Despite repeated requests for notification upon shipment, none arrived. When I found out the package was on its way to be delivered to an empty destination, I asked for a delay to a better date. Then I had to battle with FedEx for an acceptable time. This was a disappointment from both the vendor and FedEx.

Hello I received my order within 3 days! I was pleasantly surprised but very thankful that I received them so soon. I even received a phone call notifying me that they were shipping them that same day. Very happy and satisfied with product Good quality gloves. Thank you Burkett looking forward to ordering more items in the future.

Customer Service is excellent. Jeff was very helpful. Careful if ordering online, be sure to check on how they save your billing and shipping address information. I had to re-edit it two times before it was saved correctly

Needed additional information, contacted your office, by Chat, and spoke with Jeff. He was very helpful and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. This is the start of a long relationship with your company products in this day and age of modern technology...on-line product ordering.

Thank you for calling and helping me stop my original order that was wrong. Anyone else would have just shipped it and what a nightmare that would have turned into. I look forward to many years of service from this freezer!

Could not log on; "forgot password" feature didn't work; online chat with your associate, said I'd hear back on password reset; never did; created new account; transaction declined first few times; was about to go to other vendor. Process hardly could have been worse.
