I always buy my clothes from Burtons. Great fit & great prices. Recently I purchased a suit from there, currently they have a great deal on suits, £79 and machine washable. I always hate having to take my suits down to the dry cleaners, this is so much easier to have a suit that you can just machine wash.

Manager of Crewe store moved on Dementia Charity tables celebrating World Alzheimers Day.He claimed we were undermining his store window.We had permission from the council but Ebenizer insisted on moving us.We then had to move to an area where a gale force wind was blowing.All our leaflets were scattered in the wind. I would ask all the residents of Crewe to boycott Burtons. We were there for the people of Crewe but Scrooge could not give a damn about a million people in this country with this serious illness. Shame on you manager man and shame on Burtons for employing such a heartless man

This is first time i have shopped online from burtons and i am very pleased with the prices an the quality as my sons loved the the tops an jackets ,buying for 4 boys isnt cheap but here i got a bargain

Went into Burton's Tamworth looking for navy shirt,the size my husband needed was nt in stock ,the assistant asked if we would like her to check availability,she did and there was stock next day delivery.We ordered at about 12.30 25th may and it was delivered 7.45 26th may you could nt get better service than that ,the shirts fits and is a good colour.Thanks go again to the young lady she was most helpful

Ordered a suit as a last minute panic, it was delivered next day, the jacket I ordered the wrong size, so I re-ordered, that also arrived next day, the suit was priced at £99 but I ended up paying a ridiculously cheap £65. The suit looks damn good, feels right, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burtons to anyone.

Paid for 12 months next day delivery. Useless yodel said they couldn't deliver. Emailed burtons but pathetic answer. Philip Green is a joke and an idiot.

Burton, tell people they need to pick-up from Dorothy Perkins not unit 15/16! Got email to pick up my delivery from Unit 15/16 in Victoria Place shopping centre - took ages to find out there's no Burton in Victoria and the unit numbers aren't shown anywhere when walking around - pick-up is from Dorothy Perkins - Burton, put this on the delivery email, not the misleading rubbish on there currently.

I recently bought my son's prom suit from Burton online. Not only did I get a remarkable price for excellent quality but the customer service I received from the staff in their Westfield branch was second to none. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Arrived at the store in Bentley bridge other day to be greeted by a lovely lady called Craig (only before I heard another college of his shout his name) I asked and believe I was a awkward customer they day needed clothing for my grandson he was so helpful knowledgeable about the items and what was best for my grandson excellent customer service
