We have used Business Class International for over 5 years and always have had exceptional service from Lee and the team.
This went to a different level last week when we were stranded in New Zealand when our flight was cancelled a day before we were due to leave.
Lee was still emailing me back at 3am looking at every option to secure an alternative route home as all the Asia hubs were closed.
Lee literally secured the last flight out of Auckland before the Airport was locked down.
The care and ownership was second to none and with Lee's expertise and detailed knowledge of the industry he enabled us to get back home against all odds.
Unbelievable service a true measure of professionalism and care.
Absolutely first class
We can't thank Business International enough

Been using BCI now for 5 years and make regular flights to Australia.
I wouldn,t use anyone else and Stephen has sorted me out again and again.!
Having had my planned trip to Sydney postponed last week because of Covid19 he helped me rebook my flight for October, so making a stressful situation so much easier..

I have used BCI over the past years and they have always offered an excellent personal service dealing with all my flight requirements. I would thoroughly recommend them.

This is my second time for using BCI and again the service and attention given by Lee was exemplary. He found us a fantastic deal for our flights to Cape Town next year. I can only wish that BCI continues to trade during these difficult times.

Stephen helped me obtain 3 tickets to NZ giving me a great deal flying from Birmingham with a saving of £1000 each. Very efficient and sorted with 24 hours. Fantastic

This is the third time we’ve booked to fly to Melbourne with BCI and all done with the same friendly professional service - thank you Stephen! We are going at Easter 2020 and got a great deal with China Airlines Business Class at the same price we paid for Cathay Pacific in 2016 (!) and it’s basically a similar product (A350) with full flat bed and direct aisle access and comes with great reviews. We are both elderly and this fits our needs perfectly- with our visas included in the price. We can now relax and look forward to seeing our family again. Thanks again BCI and Stephen!

Richard at Business Class International found me the best possible flights from Manchester to Auckland and return. He spent a lot of time finding a routing that saved me money but also meets my criteria of excellent carriers with good lie-flat seats and a short overall journey time. He spent a lot of time tweaking the routing and I cannot be more happy with the service provided. I recommend the company unreservedly and will use them again.

My wife and I contacted Business Class International to ask for help in booking a business class flight UK to Sydney. Amanda called us back very quickly and was extremely helpful and informative. She found us a convenient one stop return flight at what we considered was a very competitive price. We booked immediately after being given all the answers to our questions. Judging by the service we have received up to now we are pleased to pass on our thanks to Amanda and if all works out as planned will book future Oz flights with Business Class International.

Second time I’ve used Business Class International and yet again they delivered - not only the flights I wanted but at a better price than anywhere else I could find and all at last minute.

From initial enquiry to booking, payment and ATOL protection, through to e tickets within 20 hours onto a first class airline saving us 25 to 30% of anything we could find ourselves.

Excellent help from Steve, I liked the way he sent the U tube clips of the various planes and seats and didn’t put on any pressure to make a decision on the various routes to New Zealand. Will definitely use this company again.

Lee Villiers of BCI was first class in getting our refund for an expensive package holiday to the Caribbean that was cancelled due to the Chinese virus.
Would definitely go with them again for booking.

Lee Villiers sorted out excellent business class flight deals for my wife and I. Lee was extremely helpful and did not pester me every 5 mins to make a hasty decision, as was the case with a competitor. I shall definitely be returning to use Business Class International
