I paid for next day delivery and signed for delivery but it took three days to arrive and no need to be signed for. Lost the days I needed to do the service of the boiler which had to be done at a later date causing much inconvenience. Is this how you bolster your profits, sham on you!!!!

Great place to order parts for my webasto airtop 2000st heater. I am ordering from the US and this place has the best prices. Shipping is fast considering parts coming in from the UK.

I ordered two items and they were delivered the same box.. Both were well packaged and delivered promptly. However, I was charged a shipping fee for each item, which I feel is unfair.

I ordered a repair kit to be sent to my home in Jersey but inadvertently ticked a box marked England so was charged VAT. As soon as I alerted them, they reimbursed the VAT. Top marks. Will use again if I need parts for my Eberspacher

Have purchased a couple of items from Butlertech, one online and one by phone, I found both instances very good, items swiftly despatched, well pckaged and arrived quickly.
I would recommend the company to other boaters.

I'm assuming that you are referring to my recent purchase of an exhaust extension for my night heater! Yet you offer only one single length of pipe! In these days of self-design and self-build, you need to say, give us a length and we'll make it! Then and only then will you have my attention
