Buy Backdrop

After finding the reviews on here I was not expecting anything to even arrive, so much so I’d completely forgotten about it until it came through the post.
Ordered on the 23rd November, received the 13th of December.
It’s really not a great product and certainly not representative of the image shown on the website. It’s blurred and the colours seem to all merge it into each other so the overall look is very distorted and not aesthetically pleasing. And I appreciate for the price you get what you pay for, but you should also - get what you paid for - and if you paid for the image shown on the site, you should get a realistic representation of that image.
I received a tracking number fine but please do not expect an accurate tracking dialogue. On one day it said the order had been shipped then several days later it would say “part of the shipment did not make it” and it seemed to back track on the tracking and start all over again!
I’ve been generous with 2 stars just because I held zero expectations it would actually ever arrive - so not much to say that it beat my expectations by posting SOMETHING to me ha.
I would suggest to heed all the reviews of everyone else before me, because it’s all accurate and a complete gamble as to whether you’re going to get anything and it’s a sure thing that if you do get something - it will not be what you wanted.
Customer service can not be called customer service, it’s either some poor soul on the other end with zero ability to help you or it’s a bot. Either way, all you will receive in correspondence from “Bella” the bot/poor soul art the words “wait a few more days”. That’s it, every time.

do not buy from this company its a company in china that makes out its in england , the back drops came and the colours were really bad , and the quailty of teh product was poor , when i went to send it back it had to be sent back to china and i had to pay the postage try claiming back through paypal

Exactly like many others the order was placed and for 6 days NOTHING happened with the order. I contacted them through their website and the very next day received a supposedly tracking number for the shipper. The shipping site does not recognize the number and is suspiciously buggy. Make sure you have virus software running. The company seems to be in Europe but the item is being shipped from China. Their live chat option is never available when I need it. I do not expect to get my item anytime soon based on plenty other reviews.

I paid to expedite shipping (3-5) days... I received an incomplete shipment 10 days later. Customer service is substandard as they never gave me the tracking number I requested. I still do not have my backdrop stand on November 14... I ordered on November 1. Very disappointed!

I made an enquiry via email, which was answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I placed an order for 2 backdrops and having read the reviews I waited with my fingers crossed.
I had an email with tracking details 2 days after I placed the order and the items arrived 10 days later.
The backdrops are fantastic, yes, some creases which have come out with a wet towel and cool iron.
Many people only leave feedback when there is an issue, which skews the review scores. I for one am very happy with everything and look forward to orderding more.

Please do not buy from this company. They will take you money and don't reply back. Backdrops were different and faded.Contacted bella and she was rude and even after long email back and forth they were no taking item back. Contacted paypal and created case and send item back and somehow they did Not accept Returned Parcel and was sent back. Paypal rejected my claim as it was actually not returned to seller, though tracking details says it was refused. would have Lost my shipping cost $50 as well but was covered with Postage return from Paypal. Disgusting. SCAMMER

Bought 6 Backdrop- All colour different than the photos advertised. 2 Backdrop had the photo Stretched and Pattern different. Not willing to take back at all as i wanted to send back. Waste of Money.

DO NOT Waste your time or money DO NOT Waste your time or money! I placed my order 80 days ago and it has still not arrived the tracked status has been the same since the 4th June and nothing have changed! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They just ignore you and refuse to process a refund just saying you need to wait more time for delivery! The delivery was supposed to be 15-20 days so I am now 4 x that and still waiting for something I fear will never arrive! Your better getting a backdrop off amazon!

What a pile of rubbish!
I got three "Backdrops" which are basically fabric offcuts that even have the pen marks on. Complete waste of money. 100% Misleading website, absolute trash. I am even embarrassed to have fallen and bought such rubbish. I cant use that crap to go to a picknic let alone run a photoshoot, I can only use them in case someone poops on my carpet I need to clean it up with some other rubbish

Bought few Backdrop near $200. Different colour than advertisedand different design. Refused to take back. Paypal contacted. Sent Back. But seller refused the delivery. Paypal Declined case as it was not Returned to Seller. Lost Money. Lost Postage. Lost item, as it never came back. BE CAREFUL. SCAMMER

I ordered my daughter two back drops over a month ago. Still nothing, keep telling me yo wait 7-10 days. Its been almost two months since I placed the order, and they successfully took my money. But no order or real tracking number. BEWARE OF CHINESE COMPANIES THESE DAYS. THEY ARE SCAMMING US BAD!!!! LOVELYWHOLESALE AND BUY BACKDROPS STOLE MY MONEY. BOTH GAVE FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS TOO!

I bought 3 backdrops for my buisness. It was purchased on the 14th of April. They stated it had been shipped the next day. It then took a MONTH to get the shipping information. When I recieved them they are horribly pixalated the white wooden background has a green Hue! It is horrible. Terrible customer service who stated there was nothing wrong with them!.

I recommend not ordering from this company. Ordered April 15 and paid for express post that was said to take up to 15 days. Over one month went by and I emailed the company. They replied sorry due to covid-19 there is a delay, yet they never mentioned delays when ordering. they also said they will ship it out right away and confirmation with email and tracking #. Another week and no email. Emailed them back again requesting a refund. They replied with an email with the exact same words as the previous. Copy/paste. Next day got an email saying Your order has shipped. Nothing else.Spelling mistakes and no tracking #. Emailed them again for the tracking # and they finally replied a couple days later. It has now been 1 1/2 months since ordering, and the tracking # shows that not only is this product coming from China, but it hasn't even left the manufacturer yet. I'll surely get this product long after I needed it, if at all. Shady company that I will be reporting to better business bureau for taking money without the resources to service. !

Ordered a backdrop from them on February 18th, I even paid for Fast Express Shipping. I never received my order. I asked to cancel my order and give me a complete refund. They responded with no problem. That was two weeks ago. Still no refund. Terrible company. I will never use them again.

Highly praise this backdrop, sooooo beautiful!!! Friendly customer service and answered my questions professionally. Fast shipment. I received tracking number in 1 day. The backdrop was packed with bubble wrap. It came with folding lines. I spent time making out after hang it.

I ordered a backdrop on March 30th. Order# 202028887 I contacted them in early May and the only reply was to give me a tracking number that showed nothing. I was also shocked to find out that it was coming from China. Today is June 23rd and not only do I still not have the backdrop. They have refused to give me the refund that I requested. Good luck if you choose to use them. Vam New York State

Buy-Backdrop appears fraudulent. They took my money , claimed to have shipped, and provided no proof or accountability despite 4+ follow ups. Buy Backdrop claims USPS misplaced the package but USPS tracking records show Buy Backdrop never gave USPS the package. There are many other backdrop companies out there - use one you can trust. I am now in the legal process of trying to recapture my money or my product. Be warned!!

I ordered a backdrop April 19. I was immediately inundated with spam emails from 8 to 10 companies, all with the same cancellation process and screen response. I was charged immediately. I didn't receive the order, so I reached out. Bella told me May 11 the order had been sent by FedEx! It's now May 21... No backdrop. I'm glad I wasn't in a hurry, but I'm starting to wonder if this is a legitimate company or a front for a marketing email mill.

Thank God! The stand arrived the day we need to use it. we installed it asap and shoot! I bought some polyester material backdrop 10*10 ft. I need stand to take photo. the seller sent my order with two packages separately, the stand arrived me later 5 days than backdrops. the quality is okay, however the delivery time extra my expectation. I contacted customer service, I was told that because of many orders so that transport with delay. whatever, I think i need choose fast express next time.

I rarely write reviews but this product is worth taking the time to do so! I am so pleased with my new backdrop! It's absolutely how it was described! I opened up the package and unfolded it just enough (about 2 unfolds) so that I could put it in my dryer and warm it up a little so that when I opened it completely it would smooth it out. I have the backdrop up on my loft office wall at home and what an inspiration to have on my wall! You guys did a great job and at a great price! Many thanks to you guys for what you do!
