This was my first visit and purchase with Buy Happier, and thanks to Poonam Kansara I was able to get my order 88055 timely and in perfect condition. I definetely will my colleagues this webshop for ordering articles. Thanks to the entire team for patient help and for answering all open questions, up to shipment and supply to my address.

Erika of Buy Happier contacted me to advise that I would be charged a $15.00 re-stocking charge for a duplicate order that was inexplicably placed. (In other words, I ordered an item through the website, paying with a credit card, and it was somehow placed a second time, through Amazon.) Neither Erika nor I could figure out how this happened.

What I expected to be an unpleasant "fight" to avoid the $15.00 charge was remarkably pleasant. Erika was extremely nice throughout the two calls it took to resolve the issue. (And, although INITIALLY Erika thought the charges would remain on my credit cards until the duplicate item was back in Buy Happier's warehouse, which is understandable, in fact, Erika was able to track down the shipment and actually prevent the duplicate order from going out.)

I would not hesitate to make another purchase from Buy Happier and/or recommend them to others. Their customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced. I don't know if it was JUST Erika, or if all of their associates are so pleasant.

I must admit, I was skeptical, at the price, I figured if it lasted a year I'd be happy. My Dyson25 (refurbished), stopped working about six months ago, I figured for what I paid, I had been lucky. While cleaning house, I found the paperwork from when I bought it in 2010. It had a 3 yr. warranty, that I didn't even remember it came with. I called the Buy Happier 800 number, a young lady, named Angela, got Dyson on a 3-way call with me, I told them the problem, he had me do a few things, then told Angela what the problem was. Three days after that phone call, I received a new brush head via UPS, put it on my Dyson, and it runs like new. VERY IMPRESSED!!, Thanks, I am telling all my friends, and anyone who will listen, GREAT company, and something very UNUSUAL these days, STOOD BEHIND their product. BRAVO! The Dyson guy did tell me about cleaning my filters, (which until then, I didn't know I had),so with that info, it should help my vacuum last for many years AFTER that 3 year warranty has expired. I bought a camera from them a couple of years ago, with an extended warranty. The camera had problems, but Buy Happier took care of all of the problems. And they were nice people to work with. Keith Mitchell got me a new camera, and made sure all of the manufacturers charges were taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I received a defective product on an Amazon order fulfilled by Buy Happier. On calling the Buy Happier customer service, I was assisted by Adam who very efficiently and professionally handled the return and exchange process without a hassle. Great and friendly customer service that seems so rare these days.

I ordered the Shark Navigator Lift-away Vacuum cleaner from Buy Happier and I couldn't be more satisfied. The price was very competitive with other online merchants. The package arrived promptly and everything was intact.

A few months later, the Turbo Pet Hair accessory, that came with the Shark system, stopped working. When I called Buy Happier, a customer service representative (Jin) went above and beyond to make sure that I was sent a new replacement. She contacted Shark directly and we had a three-way conference call to discuss the issue. Later, I was contacted by Angela to make sure that I received my replacement.

Now, when I am considering purchasing something online, I always check at Buy Happier first, to see if they carry the product. I wholeheartedly recommend Buy Happier!

I just want to say how good it is for a change to work with a person like April Macias. To many times we get a person on the phone that does not care about your problem and does not work with you to resolve the issue. I found April very easy to work with, and very pleaent on the phone she listen to my problem and offered a resolution.

Two month passed, but stil not recieved my order fully.

I had a problem with my new Ninja blender and spoke with Angela Stinson. She was very helpful and personable, and made a potentially difficult experience a pleasure instead.

I bought two mint 5200 cleaners on Buy Happier, and I need the two be shipped in separate packages for some important reasons. Poonam Kansara supported me with this and kept follwing and updating patiently. She is very profetional and sweet.
Poonam Kansara told me that my order can be shipped out today. I'm expecting them and will review again after use.

I purchased a Ninja 1200series blender/processor on July 10 2012. I originally, was a bit disappointed in the lack of packing protection. One of the pour spout hinges was broken. It also appeared that I received a unit that had been used already, there was a grease stain left on the front part of the motor. I called and spoke with Brad Honig in customer service. After listening to my issues, Brad swiftly took care of them. He apologized for sending the possibly used unit and sent out a new one. It's nice to see a company back up what they say! I will absolutely purchase from Buy happier again. Thank you

I ordered a Tyson DC24 vacuum cleaner on 2/9/12 via e-bay. The order was shipped the same day and arrived on 2/13/12. Very well packed and assembled the vacuum cleaner and tried it out. It works fine. Checking the inventory, I noticed that a 3 year free warranty was included but was not part of the package. Also one attachment (stair) was not included. I called Buy happier rep and reported the above. She mentioned the three year warranty is included as part of their web site. I have printed it out for future reference. Also, within a matter of hours, the missing stair attachment has been put into shipping channels which I should receive in a short time. Great service and great follow-up. Very much appreciated.

I really did Buy Happier ,when I purchased my Roomba last week. Order was shipped very quickly and the extended warranty is the longest ever offered for free. I was surprised when I received the follow up email from Angela Stinson checking to see if I received my purhase and had any issues. They had one of the lowest prices around. I would recomend "BUY HAPPIER" to anyone.

Slightly unhappy with "Buy Happier" because this Angela Stinson does not respond to my email for 5 days after receiving my payment and my replies. When can I have my order shipped? How long would it take to ship the item from US to Australia (estimation)?

Would someone from "Buy Happier" reply my email?

My Neato robotic vacuum cleaner (order no 89467) was delivered today all the way from Illinois to Australia. Entire process took two weeks. Have already charged the battery and putting the Neato to work already - very pleased with it. Thank you Buy Happier. The customer service team were very helpful, answering any questions - thank you to Erika, Keith and Adam.
