I’d love it if Customer Service would honor my order. Website was coded for Polished Chrome, I clearly ordered Polished Nickel. No exchange, per customer service. I’m spent almost $2,000 and ordered 80+ pieces of cabinet hardware. I just want them to make these 6 pieces right. I’ve had to revert to the BBB to try and resolve. #cabinetpartscom

hinges fit fine on my 28 year old cabinets, easy to install, and update the cabinet. They did have some scratches on them but I don't think anyone will notice once installed.

I had to replace my Blum 30 year old cabinet hinges. I wanted to make the replacement as seamless as possible. Send a pic of the old style hinge and within a hour had a response and which hinge to order. Even explained on how it would install! Just can’t ask for better service of pride in what they do! I’ll recommend them without question !! Thanks Cabinet Parts!

I was in the process of completing a two year kitchen remodel when I discovered that I was short a bag of cabinet hinges. Amazon didn’t have what I needed in stock but CabinetParts did!

I could have used more dimensions for the product - the bottom dimensions, but 1) the product looks like the one that is getting replaced, 2) the dimensions given are pretty much the same as the top dimensions of what I have, 3) the price is right!

I looked at about 12 websites, trying to find different sizes of cabinet pulls for our new cabinets. I could only fine, on average, 2 sizes. I needed 5! Finally found Cabinetparts.com. Although they didn't have exactly the sizes I needed, I came close! And their setup was so much easier to navigate than having to go back and forth like the other sites. I'm very relieved, I almost gave up. Their pricing was competitive with the other sites I looked at.

I came back as my 20+ year old kitchen is slowy failing. These hinges will extend its ;iofe a little longer and I have a lot of confidence in the recommendations of Scott at Cabinet Parts. he replied to my email promptly, as promised! I was able to find everything I needed, including some odd items, at one vendor. A few prices were lower than other places and a few were a little higher, but being able to actually get what I need and get it in one transaction more than makes up the few dollars of difference.

I found shelf brackets here that I had been searching for for about a month. Although the color I wanted was discontinued, at least you had the brackets to fit the old standards that I have. Thank you!

We contracted our kitchen remodel with Home Depot, 8 years later our latches are breaking. Thought Home Depot would carry it they don’t. A fellow customer told to look it up here and voila there you go

It took me 20 minutes to place an order after trying to figure out how to enter the coupon (very small print instructions), and then discovering that it was only for orders over $99. Disappointing and frustrating.

Ordered a power supply 15 days ago, and they just keep telling me it's going to ship tomorrow... They haven't sent a single update email, I just have to call them every day to be disapppointed. Stay away, they list products as in stock that are out of stock, to trick you into buying.

I have ordered in past several times. A month and a half ago I ordered components for under mounted drawer slides. Two shipments, one right away and second was 4 1/2 weeks later. Side spacers and screws and more screws. I was forced into alternative options for mounting slides for installation. now have spacers and screws that I do not need or want.
Emailed , then chat then told a core team member would call me back. That was1 1/2 weeks ago. NOcall or email- nothing . Where is customer service .
Just placed order for more drawer slides. Have someone call me, so this can be resolved. If no reply, email or phone, you will lose a customer.
