If you are willing to listen to the pros, you’ll have a good experience. I’m almost to the end of my membership and just asked to go on hold because I THINK I may have found the love of my life. Well I didn’t find her, they did. Still. Things were a little slow in the beginning, but Heidi (my match maker) was upfront with me about 2 months in that they weren’t having much luck with the photos I gave her. She gave me some good advise on how to get better ones, so I bribed a friend (with a case of Miller Light) to take some pictures of me, and presto! Matches. Ha. I went on two dates before Marilyn, but after a 3 hour dinner and lots of laughs, then a few more dates together, I’m excited for the first time in a long time about seeing someone.

I found Caliber by accident – I didn’t know what I was looking for but knew I was over dating thru online and apps. So happy I found them. Everyone I’ve talked to from the scheduler to the gal that interviewed me has been so nice and happy and really seem like they actually want to help. I’m just a few months in and have had a couple of matches but only wanted to meet one of the guys for a date so far. We’ve been on a few dates now and I really like him… not sure how we would have met in “real life” so yay for Caliber LOL

Vastly superior to Online Dating, Ideal for Relationship Minded Singles
I have been a member of Caliber Match matchmaking service for about 8 months now. I have gone out on 6 dates, and we both have put our memberships on hold after the last one. We are taking it slow, but are fairly excited about what the future might have in store for us.

For the serious, relationship minded singles over 35+, I would highly recommend Caliber Match. I have not tried other matchmaking services, so can't really compare, but in comparison to my experiences dating online, Caliber Match is a world apart.

While the self discovery and personal attention makes a big difference, the most significant difference is the quality of people you will meet. They weed out the 9 out of 10 people who are not financially stable, not looking for serious relationships, so you know that each match you are given is presented to you for a reason.

Happy with the service..but they are not magicians.

In my interaction with Caliber Match over an 18 month period, I have found them to be professional, considerate and eager to provide a meaningful service. Emily herself is quite involved in the discovery and matchmaking process, and has been accessible.

Having said that, before signing up for Caliber Match, you should think if you have a few key ingredients for success - financial and emotional stability, readiness to get in a committed relationship, and realistic expectations. Emily and her team are not magicians. And you're not ordering a pizza with specific toppings that you like. There are real human beings (women in my case) who will evaluate whether you're date-worthy and bring enough to the table.

Caliber Match's mutual match system means that both parties have to agree to go out on a date. Some of the negative reviews make me feel that people have unrealistic expectations. Just my two cents, if this helps you decide. Thanks.
