Been trying to contact them for days and days. No response, nothing delivered its an absolute shambles. I've used them in the past just fine but now they just seem to take peoples' money and deliver sod all.

1 because I can't use 0! Absolutely terrible customer service, in fact it doesn't even exist! Ordered personalised mugs beginning of April, had a confirmation email and one to say production had begun. Nothing since. I have tried every form of communication with them and received no response. I genuinely believe they are a fraudulent company, please please do not order with them!

I ordered badges to publicise one of the bands I play in "Chinese Whispers". The design and ordering process was very simple and straightforward and the quality of the badges is excellent. The price is also good. They took about ten days to arrive via Royal Mail. The other delivery options were expensive so if there is any suggestion for the company they should perhaps consider reducing the delivery costs. Otherwise excellent - I will definitely be returning in the future.

I did an order one month ago, I still didn´t receive what I ordered, the customer service doesn´t reply. Really bad experience!

I placed an order a month ago and was told that I would have my order by May 8th. It still has not arrived, nor has it been marked as “shipped” on their website - and I have tried everything to get through to customer service. Twitter, emails, the live chat on their website, and their complaints form. I am still yet to hear from a single person at Camaloon.

The lack of communication has made it impossible for me to contact my customers with a reasonable update and has therefore impacted my business.

If this continues, I will be taking it up with trading standards. I understand there is a pandemic happening, but communication is a vital part of operating a business, and Camaloon have completely failed on this front.

Do not recommend and will not be using again.

Excellent value, great product although postage costs are a little unreasonable - I resent having to pay a premium to get my goods delivered in 7 days!

Bought off internet in UK and found delivery actually coming from Spain , delivery was slow and when arrived completely wrong. Ie dispatched white interiors instead of coloured as per the proof. 7 emails , many photographs later absolutely nothing , just ignore after initially stating the would look into.
Thus company cannot be trusted on this , suggest not to use them.
