Michael did a great job to help me source a suitable camper during Peak season We were in contact reviewing different options on WhatsApp, email and we talked on call. The we did it! we found The perfect camper van for us. Thank you Michael for your help we look forward to holidaying next week!

Since my English is not so good, we could also very well in communicate German. The offer is quite good from the price-performance ratio. Since our Travel is still ahead of us, I hope that everything works out. Thank you

The most appreciated for me was the possibility of the personal contact with the campervanfinder agent. As I live in Poland, and there is a huge time difference between Poland and Australia, I was affraid that I would not manage to complete my booking (I made my booking just a few days before my arrival to Australia). But I made a direct phone call using WhatsApp, and bingo - my reservation is done! Thanks!

For us this was a whole new experience. We really didn't know what to suspect. Gust was our contact from campervanfinder.com and communicate with him went very smooth. Everything was arranged by mail. We hired a chubby for $4500 incl tax and insurance for 4 weeks. The car had already driven 250.000km. The airco stopped working and TA fixed this problem very good. But I think its no good value for money. But again: The service from campervanfinder was great.

I really like the website, everything is clear and very well explained. The offer and the prices is overall good. I want to mencion that agent Flo Gonon has been so helpfull with the process and so kind, although the timeslot of contact has been a little bit strange, I would like to thank him for his help. I just didn't like the waiting time to have a confirmation about the availability of the campervan. We already had booked a car because we thought there wouldn't be a campervan for us. Finally, he found a campervan that suited very well for us! Thanks.

I had contacted a number of Camper Van Hire companies and are still waiting (some days later) on a response from some. Tony Sturn from Campervanfinder responded quickly, was very easy to work with, answering all our questions and queries.He worked with us to find a van to meet our needs and budget. We would be happy to recommend them to our friends

we have used this service last year and this year, we used the same agent on both accounts Michael, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, and understanding of our needs, will highly recommend and definitely use again. we did try other websites for comparison but found this one to be that bit more thorough and responsive, despite being a long weekend :) thanks again.

After some experiences elsewhere it was great to simply talk to one person and resolve exactly what we wanted at a realistic price - so overall way better than anyone else I have come across. Less stress for a better trip with late model vans unlike others who rent out 10-15 year vans at dearer prices. Thanks for making it simple and easy.

I dealt with James from Cairns. He was always quick to respond, in a professional manner to any queries I had. Nothing seemed a problem and he was and still is very patient as I work my way through the whole process. I am new to this way of travelling so I had lots of questions. My hubby and I are looking forward to our first motorhome holiday.

I visited campervanfinder.com because I was preparing to road trips in Australia. I received the quotes I had asked for 48h after visiting the website. Kathy was very reactive and professional, she understood our needs very well. She replied each time swiftly with 3 proposals and different insurance packages, everything was very clearly presented. Kathy was reachable on WhatsApp as well, and it made it easier to check some points quickly before booking. It was therefore very easy to chose the most convenient vehicle and options and we just had to pay a small percentage of the invoice.

We went through Campervan Finder initially for a very last minute booking that we needed. We dealt with Tony Sturm and he was amazing. He managed to fix us up a van at such short notice when we couldn't find one anywhere else. Campervan Finder are great because they don't have a 5 day minimum and don't charge you a fee for renting the van for a shorter period. Our vans have always been either cheaper than any other company I have been quoted from or a very similar price and since I had such a great first experience with Tony and Campervan Finder, I have continued to use him since. It is great because they sort everything out - e.g. include the full insurance if you want it, and then it's so simple when you go to pick up the van at the other end. Thank you so much - great company.

Toller Service - wir bekamen schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf unsere Fragen und konnten so bald zu einer Entscheidung kommen. Gutes Preisangebot in Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern. Auch als wir ein wirkliches Problem hatten (wir stellten 2 Tage vor Übernahme des Campers fest, dass Annahme- und Abgabe Ort vertauscht waren), konnte uns Jeffrey helfen und hat dies noch umorganisieren können. Wir werden auch unserem nächsten Urlaub wieder über Campervan Finder buchen!

We have used Marcus at Campervan finder about 6 times now and their customer service is brilliant. I recently made a mistake on my booking but he he was their to help me rectify it and resolve my issue with a great solution. Campervan finder has always provided me with great service. Thank you.
