The ordering and delivery were great, the design is terrible. I wish someone had contracted me to let me know that the configuration of my photo would not look good on the size and shape frame I had picked. To just send it out like that was not good. I could’ve talked to someone to figure out how it would best look on the canvas. No one contacted me.

I did not get what I was expecting. I contacted customer service several times, they sent me the same form email several times and nothing has been resolved. Also, you shipped someone else's canvas to me, I told your customer service that if they sent me a shipping label I would drop it off, but no one has replied to that email in several days, your other customer is going to be sad that they didn't receive their canvas yet. I really wish someone who has authority would call and help me.

I can say that the canvas was delivered a day ahead of schedule. Unfortunately, that's where my positive experience ends. I was very much looking forward to getting the canvas and when I opened the package the image, originally a B&W was considerably darker than the original provided. Additionally, the canvas was stretched crooked. I wasn't granted a reprint, instead they chose to give me a refund. They made that decision for me saying their equipment wouldn't be able to handle ensuring it wasn't crooked. But to get to that point, I had to call, send photos, chat, exchange multiple emails, and call again. A very disappointing experience all around.

Your updated website does not work on mobile devices- there is no option to scale canvases- but proofs don’t show any white space- so you end up with a 12X18 canvas with a 4x6 picture in the middle. I emailed and was told that It was my fault and I would basically be getting a fraction of what I paid. I spoke to someone on the phone- 5 minutes later he was able to see that there is a problem on mobile platforms (all he did was pull out his phone and he could see the problem). Before your company tries to blame the customer (despite their approved proofs being nothing like what was sent) you may want to actually find out what happened before the knee jerk reaction of you can’t have a refund. The man that helped on the phone was lovely- Tamara was the person from email that immediately said it was my fault. Moving on to Shutterfly from now on. I wish I could attach a picture of how awful the canvases looked. It’s sad really.

I’ve ordered my 3 prints and they made that very simple. Once I receive, I will rate the quality. Very impressed so far.

Placed order 30 days ago. Have not received shipping info. Called and never get person. Left 2 voicemails and completed 3 email contact request forms with no response. I spent $39.19 & got nothing!

If I could give a zero I would- emailed me day before estimated delivery and told me one image would not work as it would be too blurry- not sure how that’s not caught early- but this is when it gets good the second canvas that was sent out to me was 95% blank with my tiny picture in the center- how a person/people looked at it and said “yup this is good to ship” is beyond me and that person/people should not be allowed to work there anymore because as a business owner I would be embarrassed. Thank you for ruining a gift now I hope to see my money back soon so I can reorder from a good company

I have ordered from CB before, and I have to say that this most recent order was the first time I really felt like the product reflected the low price with low quality. Pics were a bit blurry, almost having the look as if it were printed and then moved very slightly and printed again. I know I could I have spent more for better quality, though, and I was happy with how quickly they came and the construction of the framing seems solid. Both canvases are still acceptable for gifts considering how frequently the grandparents receiving them will change them out.

I have had at least 11 canvas done with Canvas Bees and I have been extremely happy with them. The ones I gifted them to have loved them. That is what matters most to me. I plan to have some more made in the near future. When I was was first searching to have canvas made, I seen some negative reviews, which made me a little leery to use Canvas Bees. So glad I decided to try them in-spite of the reviews. I totally disagree with every one of them. I high recommend them. Very please with pricing and the canvas!!

I ordered four canvases and they all look amazing! The only reason I give this purchase 3 stars is because of the customer service. After making my purchases I wanted to go back and make sure I ordered the right pictures. I got an online error every time I chose "details" beside my orders. I basically did not know what I bought until it came in the mail. I did chat with an online representative that told me my purchases were being processed, which was no help. All of this aside, I am happy with my canvases.

I just placed my 3rd order because I was so pleased with the first two prints. Orders arrived well packaged and on time. My 3rd order is probably not my last as they've delivered quality products each time.

I got the BOGO deal for 2 30x30 canvases and they came out great. Packaged really well and exactly what I expected.

I ordered 4 prints -- two 8"x8" and two 12"x12". They arrived on time, well packaged, and in good condition. The canvas wrapping on the frame was off-center in each one, not enough to keep me from hanging them up, but enough to notice and be disappointed. I got them during a BOGO promotion, so the value was okay for the money, but I wouldn't pay full price.

I was disappointed with my first order because I did not understand what they do but they refunded my money. Canvas Bees does not do conventional Gallery Wraps in which I would provide a file of sufficient size to wrap around the frame. What Canvas Bees does is called Mirror Wrap in which you send them a photo the size of the face of the Gallery Wrap that you want, then Canvas Bees will mirror the outside approx. 1 inch of the picture and add this mirror to your image to provide the extra image size needed to wrap around the frame. This they do VERY WELL. The quality of their canvas, the frame and the print is excellent!!!

ok, tried to order 4 at bogo free and you only took the cost of one off my bill, so made it two orders and almost paid as much with shipping. what happened to bogo?

The two pictures I did recently were of poor quality. I am disappointed.

very disappointed with their website and i still have not received their shipping confirmation, it has already been 2 weeks. Contacted customer service a few times, they were nice and helpful, but i still have not received the shipping confirmation. I already received the other order which was made at the same time with this order sometime last week. This is RIDICULOUS!!! I will not purchase anything with them in future anymore. Things went bad after they changed the designer, maybe this is the main reason?

Everything I received was great, but it has been a week since my delivery and I am still waiting on one piece that was marked as “shipping separately.”

I have placed many orders in the past few years and I am never disappointed!! Always beautiful!
