I needed and expected to receive my purchase instantly, but it took over 12 hours to receive the gift card. I will not shop with you again.

I have lost $300 in purchases. Southwest refunded original card owner. So I have nothing.

I ordered my Einsteins gift card & received it within the hour & used it a couple of days later & it worked without a hitch & the cashier was able to use it with the barcode. I mention this because sometimes a gift card barcode doesn't work & the cashier has to enter the number on the gift card, which is a hassle & time consuming

In October 2018, BBB investigated the business practices of Cardflip.com LLC.BBB has received information consumers this business may: obtain gift card number and pin from consumer seller, claim card information is invalid and later use provided information for resell; fail to pay consumers for gift cards sold to business for resell; sell cards to consumers at a far lesser amount than advertised; charge consumers for more than the value of the gift card sold; knowingly resell gift cards with a zero balance available; sell a single gift card to multiple consumers at the advertised cost to each buyer; refuse payment to gift card seller claiming gift card sold was used by seller and showed $0 balance immediately after transaction with Cardflip.com; deny consumer refunds despite selling consumer card(s) with $0 available; fail to pay consumers for gift cards sold to Cardflip.com despite consumer providing all information required for resell; fail to honor refund policy by failing to respond to requested refund until a date after valid refund time-frame; fail to respond to consumer concerns via email; fail to return promised calls to concerned consumers; and fail to address BBB complaints..

I was charged for three cards and card flip pulled one of my cards back for some reason. Now I have to repurchase another to cover that one. Not happy at all considering with my first purchase I didn’t have to verify information. With my second purchase I did.

I purchased a Walmart gift card from Cardflip on June 25. On September 23 I was notified through the Walmart app that my Walmart gift card was used for $131.70 in Modesto, CA to purchase a necklace. A few minutes later the necklace was returned and refunded onto a new Walmart gift card. I contacted Cardflip about the fraud however they said they could not look into the issue after 45 days. Poor customer service on their part for having a weak guarantee that allows sellers to scam buyers on their site.

Sold a GC to them on 6/25/19 and have been emailing EVERY day and still have not gotten my money!!
They owe me almost $300 and of course the actual GC has a 0 balance now... :(
Oh and another thing. Cant even sign onto my account anymore!!!

I bought 3 cards today -- I am having problems with one of the cards - activation -- but I am confident that Cardflip will fix it in the morning. Great value and substantial savings. Easy to transact, easy to contact.

I had purchased Michael's gift card to use it online. I had contacted Cardflip - Amanda for this. She confirmed that I can use it online. I had bought the gift card and tried using it online but could not. I had contacted them, they kept telling me to contact Michael's, that it was my fault but they never resolved my issue or gave me a refund. It's been more than a week and I have not heard back from them. I will never buy from this website. I had a similar issue from cardcash.com. I could not use their gift card too online. I contacted them and got a refund in less than 48 hours. I want to shop in a place where I can trust. Not this place.

It took 12 days to get the eGift card.
I requested to cancel the order because I didn't get the eGift card after a week from ordered date. I didn't get any response about this request. After another week, they processed my order.

Four attempted sales to cover a modest dinner with a friend and 6 giftcards denied! WTH, what kind of sales policy are you executing? If you have certain limits, say so up front. This has been the most RIDICULOUS waste of time. Can't you use software to suspend a shopping carted giftcard until an order is placed?
